Great accommodation, very good location, impeccable cleanliness and really well equipped. You could even live there all year round, it's so nice! Catou is a lovely host, very nice and accommodating. We had a great stay, I recommend it 100%!

We had a pleasant vacation at Jennifer and Aymeric's. The accommodation was faithful to the description and well-equipped. The beaches are located about 20 minutes away and I highly recommend the Aresquiers beach. Jennifer and Aymeric were very welcoming and were able to guide us on the best activities with a small binder filled with all kinds of addresses (restaurants, walks, beaches, etc.)

Our stay was perfect, thanks again to the advice and hospitality of Régis who is an impeccable host, available, warm and good advice for visiting the area around the accommodation. We will keep a very good memory of our stay in Coursan.

Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! Great cabin, the beds are great. Small downside, there are no blackout blinds at the bottom for the sofa bed. Great welcome, we feel very good with a very nice space outside

Quiet and relaxing environment. The house is nice. There is everything you need, whether it's dishes, household products, shower gel... We were eight and had a good stay.

An unforgettable stay right on the beach We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located house right by the sea. The location is really the best of the best - after the promenade you are standing directly with your feet in the sand. It doesn't get any better! The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can immediately tell that they work with attention to detail. The personal greeting by our host was particularly nice, who warmly welcomed us and immediately provided us with great recommendations for the region. An absolute highlight of our stay was the private tour of a nearby menade organized by the host. This exclusive experience was not only informative, but also incredibly charming and authentic – a real experience that we will never forget! We would come back back. A clear recommendation for those seeking relaxation, proximity to the sea, and personal service!

Impeccable accommodation! It is extremely well located, and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, plus it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well equipped with accessories and amenities, finding as much equipment for cooking as for bathing or taking care of the little ones. (The air conditioning in each of the rooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, being at the disposal of his tenants in order to guide and help them as best as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and will fully enjoy your future stays!

We had a great weekend with our hosts. The cottage is spacious and tastefully renovated. The rooms are large and all equipped with a bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is very convenient. The garden, the pool and the view complete the quality of this accommodation and that of the hospitality of the hosts.

Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

We were in this holiday home as a family with a dog. It is very private and the pool is just great with children. We liked it very much there and the host was very friendly and always very easy to reach. We can definitely recommend this place.

Peaceful, quiet and calm place. Very well located for a drink on the terrace or hiking.

We had a nice stay at the apartment. There is much to do in the area. Beautiful nature and nice towns to visit. The apartment features a garden where you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun and enjoy your aperitif in the afternoon.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Laurent's apartment. The place is very spacious and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights for me was the beautifully preserved old tiled floors. The amenities were excellent and everything was well thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. I wasn't only there on vacation – I also worked remotely during my stay – and the quiet apartment was an ideal environment for that as well. The location is also exceptional – right next to a lovely park, which in early June was filled with blooming and wonderfully fragrant linden trees. Laurent was an outstanding host – reliable, friendly, and very responsive. He provided helpful tips and local recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything about this experience was perfect, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay at Xavier's, quiet, nature, silence… a real disconnection! If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. A recommendation: do your shopping before you get there! A fabulous re-charging get away. A breathtaking view of the Etange and twinkling lights of the towns across the water in such a serene setting! We, and our doggie, enjoyed the multi level garden-even napped on the outdoor beds, prepared and ate on the dinning terrace, went to the nearby forest/park where dogs can go off leash… daily exercise by hiking down into the hustle & bustle of Sete to score our croissants, enjoy the fabulous indoor market as well as outdoor marches on wed. and fridays, do some girlie shopping at cute boutiques or simply enjoy a drink on the quai! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and several small or large supermarkets as well. We love Sete and Madyne’s place was just perfect for us! All amenities were clean , new and clearly carefully chosen. She’s lovely with great energy - we can highly recommend staying here.
