It has two bath and bedrooms next to a living room and kitchen. The apartment is within walking distance of the heart of the city center, a supermarket, a bakery, a bakery, butcher and delicatessen shops and only 10 minutes by bike to the beach of Scheveningen. The entire house has been recently renovated and we have as many original details as possible.

Private entry, bathroom, deluxe mattresses, table, stools. Own well-equipped pantry, fridge, microwave, toaster, etc. Own washing machine, storage. Beautiful forested park, pleasant tea house. Efficient multiple trains hourly to Airport (16 minutes), Amsterdam (40 minutes), beach (bus 20 minutes). Free & paid parking available.

With everything for a few days in Leiden, a week of beach vacation. Hiking or by bike. We really enjoyed staying with Robbert! The houseboat exceeded our expectations, it was very modern and nicely decorated and perfectly equipped for an extended weekend. The check-in and check-out was super organized and above all we liked the easy communication. In addition, during our stay, the owner came by to check on things in strong winds and rain. We would love to come back soon!!

Nice little apartment in a very nice neighborhood. It is quiet, although, you will find some restaurants and shops around. Parking was not an issue. Center of Leiden is just a few minutes away by car or bike and ~20min walking. Thomas provided me good instructions to use the apartments and allowed to enter earlier, very much appreciated. He also has been very reactive and assisted me to activate the heater in the living room. Just note that for people with mobility issues the steep stairs to enter the apartment can be a pb.

One of the best checkin experience. Marvin and Henrica, very friendly and proactive hosts, were there to welcome me and show all the facilities. No key box, no password, no selfie with passport, and no other host’s activities/tasks that, unfortunately, have been transferred to the guests in order to save the host’s time. I do recommend this very cozy place to stay. Everything is organized to make the guests feel at home.

A beautiful, very well decorated place. Thanks to Esther's good instructions and descriptions, we immediately found our way around and were able to enjoy our stay. The location is also very attractive: everything is easily accessible on foot and the train station is also not far away for excursions outside of Leiden. Highly recommend!
