House holiday rentals in Herkimer County

I mean all we can really say is WOW. My family loved this house. It’s super spacious and ALL of the finishes are so high quality. We felt like we were living in a Pinterest board and fittingly were taking pictures of some of our favorite furniture and ideas for our own homes. We had 6 adults and 7 children total in our party and had lots of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the water was very warm! All of the provided linens and towels just felt like you were staying at a fancy hotel. Soaps and shower materials were the same. Honestly there’s not enough good things we could say about this place and we would love to return when visiting family in the future!

The place was so clean, peaceful and well kept. It was the perfect weekend for my family. The only way to describe the space was pristine! Beautiful accommodations!

The space was very clean and very Adirondack feeling. It was very convenient being so close to everything being able to walk to breakfast and coffee is definitely a plus the pool was very clean and the kids loved it. Definitely going to come back in the future.

The house was exactly like the photos showed. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. It was well stocked with towels and necessities, which was nice. The layout is perfect for a larger group. Big dinning room table so we could all eat at the same time. Laura was very responsive and Friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay! The 20 acres was breathtaking.. it was about 45 min from Cooperstown and an easy drive to the Dreampark. Would definitely stay again !

This is a well appointed cabin with plenty of sleeping room for two couples and some children or a large family. The kitchen is large and great for cooking! The location is perfect, a block off the main drag but with a bit more privacy and quiet. We would love to return.

We enjoyed the ambiance of the house. Thankful for the convenience of having access to cookware, condiments, staples. Very comfortable. The location was convenient for us to explore the Adirondacks, Erie Canal, and visit with family.

Perfect place to stay in Old Forge! Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, beach, and playgrounds. Newly renovated house so it was clean, updated, and cozy. Great house for families. As mentioned in previous reviews there are essentials to get started but may need a few extra things,(washcloths, beach towels, hand soap, tp, pt, garbage bags). Would definitely recommend and visit again in the future.

Our 3rd annual visit to Brock’s Place was a success! As usual, the cleanliness, amount of rooms, and good size kitchen, dining room, and living room area were the perfect accommodations. Great Adirondack decor , and can’t say enough with respect to the communication and hospitality. Tami is a great host. Very responsive and friendly. The house is in excellent condition. It has everything we needed. It was great for our family for our 12 year old son’s Cooperstown tournament. I would highly recommend this property. Great house and great host.

Great stay! Had a great time. Didn’t realize how far it was from the snow Mobil place we rented but made it a fun journey! Would recommend and would come back again!

Beautiful home! It was perfect for our long weeks stay for my family! Very clean and loved it was fully and I mean fully stocked with towels! I would recommend this over and over again! We had a great stay!

Host was very responsive, the description of the cabin was spot on. Location is great right off the main road. Direct access to snowmobile trails and you can be in town in minutes. Plenty of room for a pair of trucks and snowmobile trailers. Driveway was cleared of snow. We are already planning for a return trip next year. Thank you,

This is my second time staying at Caroline's place for some snowmobiling. It is a great location with trails and lakes close by. House is cozy as well.

Very happy with our stay at Lakeview Chalet. The view on Fourth Lake was amazing and the home was very comfortable. It was a rainy, chilly weekend for the end of May and start of June but the gas stove added extra comfort to an already relaxing atmosphere. We even had a bald eagle flying over the water in Eagle Bay, it doesn't get much more fitting then that. We would definitely come back.

Place was perfect for what we needed to have the balanced mix of being in town for a wedding and being tourists. Plenty of space and amenities to be comfortable :)

Kim’s home is wonderful. The cleanest and coziest air bnb we have ever experienced. It was so nice to breathe in the fresh air and hear the cows mooing in the distance!

we rented Samantha's place as a home base for three couples doing bike trips on the Erie Canal Trail. it works great for six people, the location was really good for our bike trips, and we threw in a day trip to Cooperstown while we're at it. the place itself was very comfortable, very clean and worked wonderfully for us. the kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. Samantha was very responsive to any questions that we had. we would definitely rent this again

We enjoyed our stay and it fit my family of 3 well. The location is good for Cooperstown dreams park, about 30 minutes. Theresa was very responsive and helpful.

Had a great time riding the trails to Old Forge and Tug Hill from Danielle’s cabin. Great value, easy access to trails and just enough parking for two trucks and small trailers.
