The Comfort Apartment is a spacious, ground-floor, self-contained apartment of 65 m², which is ideal for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults). It offers two separate bedrooms, a garden, a parking space and a ski room. The apartment is located in a valley with beautiful views that you will see even when looking out the windows. From the bedroom, a French window leads directly to the garden, where you will find a seating area and a fireplace. If you are planning accommodation for a larger group, it is possible to rent the Matschiedl and Matschiedl 2 apartments, which will give you accommodation for up to 10 people.

The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

The phenomenal panorama view, spacious garden and modern, cozy apartments make this accommodation unique. All apartments have been renovated and have a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, spacious living / sleeping area and balcony. The house is located on a hill, just above the city centre of Hermagor (3-5 min.) The quiet area and amazing view makes sure this will be THE perfect get away!

Quiet location and yet ideal as a starting point for numerous leisure activities. Kurhotel with indoor pool and sauna as well as an outdoor swimming pool are located right next to our house. The attic apartment (as well as the whole old house from the 60s) was completely renovated at the end of 2015 and has about 85m² with two bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room, ideal for families with children. Large garden with old "Kesn" and fruit trees invites you to play, enjoy and relax.

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

The view goes over the small village of Obervellach into the nearby mountains, where in winters and summers many sports activities allow you to relax, unwind and have fun.
