Very friendly host, nice, clean and spacious neighborhood with garden. Very quiet environment, ideal for children and dogs! We were greeted with homemade cake. Questions and problems were answered and resolved promptly. Overall, we had a wonderful ski week! Thanks!

Highlights of the stay were the private lake access, the large garden, which is ideal for families or groups with a dog and the very good location to be a little active on vacation (e.g. hiking on the Nassfeld). For larger groups, it is recommended to book the whole place, as there are 3 residential units in the house, but the garden must be shared. In addition, the very friendly welcome and helpfulness must be highlighted by the property manager. All in all, the place left a positive impression on my friends and I.

We contacted the property manager half an hour before we arrived. He was right on site. A short meeting and he let us know the cottage. It was all very clean, modern and spacious. The bathroom could be a little bigger for 6 people but we got along. From the cottage you can easily reach the ski resort "Nassfeld". With 110 kilometers of slopes, sufficient and easy to use. There is also a small ski slope directly at the house with drag lift. Supermarkets, pharmacy and marketplace are within easy walking distance. A swimming pool as well. Amazing views all around. We felt comfortable. Thank you!

The best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs, and I think this is my favorite. It’s spotless, beautiful, newly renovated, and comfortable. Outside there was a huge yard and play area for my daughter. Beautiful view as well and cute town! Highly, highly recommend. Romina was very helpful as well.

The best host of Airbnb that we ever met: warm and friendly. The house is like a castle, it's very peculiar and set in a quiet place; you are literally surrounded by nature and we were lucky enough to see the stars were well at night It doesn't take much by car if you want to visit the Kaerten lakes from there, and cities like Spittal and Lienz. Adrienn's house is beautiful, modernly decorated and was sparkling clean. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and there was a tour of the house and a briefing for using the pool. In the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking. We lacked nothing. The beds are large and comfortable and the bedrooms are comfortably furnished. The highlights are the large panoramic windows with mountain views in the living room and the large pool, which we were able to use daily thanks to good weather. The communication with the host was uncomplicated and questions were answered quickly. Air conditioning is not available in the display, but there are fly screens in all rooms, so the house could be well ventilated even at high temperatures. We would recommend the house immediately and book again.

We loved staying at this hut. The location is an absolute win. Putting your skies on in front of your door and having direct access to the slope is a must from now on. Dieter was very nice and helpful as well so we highly recommend this place. For all people who like to cook, you will enjoy this kitchen. It’s very well equipped and the knives were very sharp, which we appreciate.

The house is located in a village/campsite just a short walk from Lake Pressegger. Inside, in addition to the pool, there is a children's play area and a restaurant that also prepares great takeaway food. With an app you can order baked goods such as bread, brioches, etc... and find them in the morning in a common room. Access to a nearby spa is also included, and a card with which you can do many free activities, especially with kids/kids. The house was perfect for us (6 people) with a kitchen complete with everything and a nice porch where you can eat outdoors. Lake Pressegger is beautiful and very relaxing with a very well-equipped public beach. You can reach Villach in just over half anhour. We had a nice vacation, but to fully enjoy the place you have to stay much longer than the three days we were able to do!

Very hospitable and everything clean, we felt very comfortable! From the property you could easily reach surrounding swimming lakes with a shorter drive, the Weißensee and Presseggersee are highly recommended for cooling off or a relaxing lake day:) Since the washing machine was broken at our previous accommodation, we had some laundry, but that was not a problem and we were nicely washed everything directly:) In addition, you should only know that at the end of the stay, five euros will be charged per machine, which we could not access from the listing beforehand. We were there in the summer now and were able to explore great hiking trails. But even in winter, the accommodation seems well suited for skiing and subsequent après-ski, as there are the ski slope and a few bars in the immediate vicinity. Would definitely be worth another visit:)

Even though the place is small, everything is there and well packed. There are a lot of walking paths, ski gondola is only 15 minutes away... I can recommend it.

Probably one of the most beautiful apartments in the apartment building. Very lovingly and practically furnished, with plenty of space and storage. Since everything is available (including Basic spices, staples, laundry detergent, etc.), the holiday can start practically immediately and you simply replace what you use up. The fact that the residents among us liked and needed a lot was a bit of bad luck. The price would be nice if the tourist tax and, if possible, the Weissensee Card were already included. Otherwise full recommendation!

because of a new street building, the property could only be reached on an actually easily passable gravel road, but you can also see that as an adventure. The guesthouse is located quite idyllically on a slope on the other side of the state road B111, you always have to drive over the valley, which is part of life there. For this, you can arrive at a well tidy, in the originally preserved mountain farm and is received with care. This guest house is a hidden gem.

Maria was very helpful with every question we had. The flat is spaceious and bed is very comfortable and there is quiet during the night. The whole house is very nice with easy and free parking.

We had a great time at Andrea's place and the surrounding area is just fantastic and full of things to do. You get to live right beside a restaurant and Andreas is a great cook. The place closes at 8pm and is very quiet and peaceful.

This is a lovely apartment, also for longer stay. It's next to an Gasthof and a farm. The house is spacious and cozy.

Great place with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms plus kitchen and conservatory. Kitchen was well equipped. The location is great, walking distance about 10-15 minutes to the cable car and the town center. The summer card was great and in general there are a lot of activities in the surrounding area. Communication with the host and check-in was also hassle-free. Thank you for a great stay!
