Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hermitage, Nashville

Our kids loved the lightning bugs flying around the very neat lot, doggie door and fence very convenient for the pups and Emily was great, very responsive.

A beautiful and spacious home that truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the house was tastefully furnished with lovely furniture and artwork. The basement was full of fun activities, and the backyard and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommend!

Working in the area and the location was perfect. job was less than a mile from the home so it made for a quick commute everyday.

Great little place for the time we spent in Nashville. Easy drive into the city.

Sarah’s place is super cute and in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay there again.

The Bandy House was perfect for my family and I. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The host Lisa was very accommodating and responsive. We had a wonderful time and plan to stay with them again.

We stayed here on a family vacation and we loved it. It was quiet, beautiful and our 4 year old loved the farm animals. She got to see ducks, deer, chickens, dogs and cows. We would definitely stay here again. It’s about 10-15 minutes to Dow town but it was perfect for our family of 4.

The house was great and worked very well for me on the trip. Proximity to the airport is fantastic, but it's not loud or annoying. Quiet community. Will definitely come back

Can't say enough about Mike and Vickie and their place. Very, very responsive and helpful hosts. Their place was a reflection of them - top notch. They recommended lots of great places to eat, were extremely helpful and accommodating for our late check in, offered to do any laundry or dishes we may have wanted done during our stay, and are just all around great people. The airbnb was recently renovated and is just beautiful from top to bottom. I would absolutely recommend staying with them. This was by far the most positive, accommodating airbnb experience that I have ever had. Really enjoyed chatting with Mike and Vickie on the big deck and getting to know them as well. Thank you both!!

Sean really saved the day when my friend and I were in town! We had booked the wrong day for our stay and were really in a pinch when it came to finding a place for the night. He was very quick to respond! We loved the eclectic feel of the space. We felt right at home. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. If you’re planning a trip to East Nashville definitely check his place out!

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Donna’s place was just as pictured and was peaceful and serene. There were many special touches and supplies for our dogs. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Arrived late but found the home easily, right off the highway, but also very quiet and peaceful. The suite is nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was amazing, with a wonderful waterfall shower with room for two. A very nice romantic getaway for the wife and I on our anniversary. Will absolutely look at staying there again when traveling through Nashville.

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Would highly recommend! I visit Nashville four or five times a year and this place had the perfect location. The neighborhood was so quiet, it wasn’t until we were heading downtown that we realized how close it was. There was a Publix in a pharmacy down the street in case we needed anything. Alan was super helpful and before we even got there gave us some great recommendations. The place itself was clean and neat and perfect for an over a night visit!!

The condo was very cute and in a great location! The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this stay.

We had such an amazing stay, all thanks to Mrs. Holly! She was so friendly, hospitable, and very kind. I definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling with littles and wanting some space for them to explore. The grounds are so beautiful and lots of outside space. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Check in was easy! Plenty of free parking for people! You are on a Main Street so you will hear road noise but that didn’t bother us! The building was safe and quiet. Communication was great with Will! The kitchen was nice to have and had plenty of things to use. We toured all over Nashville. The TN state museum was a good museum to visit next to the Nashville Farmers Market. It is free to get in and free parking. Plenty of food options. Some of our favorites were Velvet Taco, Butter Milk Ranch for breakfast by Belmont University, Pharmacy Burger. You are about 4 miles to Gaylord Opryland convention center. We would stay again if we were in the area.

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

We had a wonderful stay. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful with questions.comfortable bed and pillows-everything we needed in the kitchen. loved that they provide unlimited paper towels, and toilet paper. would stay again

It was a perfectly cozy place for us to stay and well stocked with everything we would need. It was also close to downtown Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Even though it was “behind” the hosts home, it felt very private. It was extremely clean and cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was clean and spacious! Rebecca’s place was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to many great food options and stores if you need anything.

Perfect little spot for a little bit of everything, not right in the middle of everything and still able to get to where you’re wanting to go. We were super pleased with everything!
