Hello I recommend this charming house, secluded from the city and peaceful. Not far from the beach. The host is very responsive. I would highly recommend this house. Thank you very much for this stay. Would definitely stay again.

Our group had an amazing stay at the Villa. All the rooms were thoughtfully designed, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling, and the pool area was so great to spend time in we barely left the house. Location is close to the water and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Would happily return!

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

We had a great time with the family three generations. The house is beautiful and very pleasant to live with others, and it was a pleasure to swim in the heated pool at the end of October. The scenery that surrounds the house is really spectacular. We don't get tired of rediscovering it every day depending on the weather. We leave regret this beautiful place. Beautiful walks around the house and the Basque Country, Spain are very accessible by car. Thanks to Sonia for our pleasant exchanges. Anne and Family

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

Space was spotless, views were incredible, beaches walkable. Gorka was incredibly responsive and Igor made checking in a breeze. We picked up fresh fish and steak from the market in Bilbao and really enjoyed the charcoal grill. We loved watching the tides roll in and out of the estuary from the deck. The view changes by the hour!

What a wonderful experience. We loved the house, everything was as advertised and more. Great space , very well equipped and immaculately clean. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in. Miren was an excellent host, so helpful and left some fresh eggs and local jam for us to try. She even organised a new hob for the cooker as it was damaged. Wonderful service. Of course the surrounding countryside is the big attraction. Just beautiful. Highly recommended. We will definitely return

Excellent stay in a quiet environment. The house was perfect, tastefully decorated in the cocooning style and very functional. The wooden terrace and very well equipped, allowed us to enjoy meals outside. It is not excluded that you are making a new getaway in Capbreton. Beautiful home with a vibe. Located in a beautiful area in close proximity to the sea and scenic trails.

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

We stayed 3 days with 8 adults at Imanol. We enjoyed the meals on the terrace with the small garden. The rooms were very comfortable, each with its own terrace. Very well-equipped kitchen. Large dining room and living room. And all tastefully decorated. Very good contact with imanol, very responsive. We are delighted with our stay. We will gladly return and highly recommend Imanol's accommodation.

8 of us ( 3 generations) enjoyed Patricia's house & the exceptional, ever changing views. The house was spotless & very well equipped for lots of cooking. We were blessed with glorious weather which meant we were never forced to sit indoors as the comfy seating is a bit lacking for more than 6 people, although there is plenty outdoors. The sunshine enabled us to go out every day, walking, or with the numerous public transport options, so a car is not necessarily needed. Patricia was very helpful & informative, showing some of us around & offering tips, but a house manual with local information & recommendations would be a useful extra. Thank you Patricia.

Very good stay at Odile's, the accommodation is very clean and well-equipped, ideally located on the quiet heights with a beautiful view of the Rhune, and within walking distance of the city center. We will be happy to come back to continue exploring the Basque Country!

Chris and Lotte have done a fantastic sympathetic restoration, of a very fine and spacious 1930s house, in a secluded and tranquil setting. It makes a perfect base for exploring delightful local surroundings, or further afield to the likes of San Sebastián. Chris and Lotte are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Nagore's place was just wonderful. The place is quiet and surrounded by nature, ideal to disconnect and enjoy the peace you breathe in every corner. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. Nagore was always very kind and attentive, making us feel at home. In addition, the location is perfect: secluded to rest, but at the same time close to several tourist spots that are worth visiting. Definitely a place we'll go back to.

Nice large apartment in a very quiet village. Pleasant for peace seekers who still want to visit Pamplona within half an hour or 40 minutes from SAN Sebastián. Very beautiful surroundings in terms of nature and a nice base for hikers. The only thing we missed was a kettle 😉

Sophie was waiting for us, welcomed us warmly with delicious Basque cake and explanations about the house and some cultural facts about the Basque language, restaurants, markets and sights. Our home is an ideal place for those who love peace and nature and enjoy hiking. Places such as the Rhune, Bayonne, Biarritz, even San Sebastián are all easily accessible by car and, if desired, partly by public transport. The house is very quietly located at the end of a side road where no traffic passes; it is located at a height so you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Comfort as described on the site is present.

This house is beautiful. It is a gracious, older home with high ceilings, wood floors, and a beautiful staircase. The house was well-furnished with modern pieces accenting the traditional spaces. The whole house felt spacious and airy. The garden is lovely. One of the things not mentioned in the listing is that the back garden gate opens up to a beautiful park overlooking the river. On our first morning, we went out and just started walking. The path leads to a walk that goes around the walls of the old city. It was a slightly rainy day, so the walk was misty and had a romantic feeling. The check-in was also wonderful. The owner’s daughters were there when we arrived. They were, kind, hospitable, and told us all that we needed to know about the house. It was nice to receive a warm welcome. The house is within easy walking distance to the main plaza, the old town, and most of the sites one would want to see. Perfect! Thank you, Ignacio!
