Le Playras, a little piece of heaven!

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Leopold's house

In the village of Herran, this former glassworks was completely restored in 2019, respecting the warmth of local materials (stone, wood). Full of charm, this place will be the perfect base for you for your hikes or for your mountain activities (paragliding, caving...). The owner, luthier, manufacturer of oboes and bagpipes of the Pyrenees will tell you about his work as a craftsman and will also give you tips for discovering the region.

Gîte Maëline in Galey

Located in the hamlet of Orchein, in the typical village of Galey, in the Ariégeoises Pyrenees Regional Nature Park, our gîte will welcome you for a relaxing stay. It has outdoor access (unfenced) with a sheltered terrace. It is located in a village, which includes many hiking trails. Comfortable, warm, with stunning views of the Couserans mountains, this is the perfect place to recharge and explore the surroundings.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to contact me before making or confirming a reservation. Regarding access, the house is at the end of a 7 km track. The first 5 km are suitable for vehicles, and the last 2 km are not suitable for vehicles. So you'll have to walk the last 2 km, about 40 minutes. Guests can park their car safely in a clearing.

The Little House in Arbas

It is a small old house of 35 m2 with 1 floor in the center of the village, right next to the town hall and a few meters from the square and shops (grocery store, bar and butcher), City Park is opposite and you can do everything on foot. The pump track and paragliding landing strip are about 100 meters away.
