A 75 m2 house distributed over three levels and featuring a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

La Estación Alar House

TV in the living/dining room. Ideal for families, tourists, or travelers spending a few days in the area. The property occupies the ground floor of a newly renovated building. With access to a shared patio, with table and chairs, which provides a space for dining or being outdoors.

Los Chozos de la Braña (Tasugueras)

The accommodation consists of two mountain chalets. Each of them has a farm around it of about 500 square meters, a barbecue area, garden tables and chairs, and landscaped areas. Both chalets are independent. Each of the chalets has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (both have a shower). They have Wi-Fi and private parking. Equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, ceramic hob, toaster, blender, washing machine, microwave, and wood-burning oven.

The house has been lovingly decorated, hoping that you will feel as comfortable as you would in your own home and enjoy a pleasant vacation. On the first floor, there is a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. On the second floor, there are two very cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house has a charming garden with a barbecue and views of the Picos de Europa. From the house you can walk to do many mountain routes.

A nest in the mountains

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.

The Tree House: Refugio Bellota

The tree house was born from our dream of building a magical space near the forest where we live! The house lives with a young oak tree, it is also in front of the large beech forest and you can hear the river that passes right in front. It is totally suspended in the abyss but its stability and firmness are surprising. Our idea is to enjoy it while sharing it with you.

This 1900s house is a haven of calm where you can connect with nature, spend time with your family, and enjoy the concept of "slow life".

Tiñones Cabaña Pasiega is an authentic refuge at the top of the port of La Sía (1,300 m), between Cantabria and Burgos.
