we almost were not about to return and book with Air B n B but...David absolutely changed that and turned our past awful experience right side up!!! During a extremely busy weekend and sold out everywhere weekend , he was available and even let us check in early!!! we couldn't get over just how peaceful stress-free and felt like honestly we were at our home! they didn't hover or intrude . Will return !!

Wayne's home was exactly as described and more! The heated tile in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise! The location was perfect for traveling by bike to and from the Railbird Festival all weekend. It was close to local coffee shops and restaurants as well. Parking, finding the location, and entering were about as easy as it gets. We also appreciated Wayne's prompt communication and assistance with any help we needed. We'll stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!!

One of the nicest Air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I really appreciated the extra blankets, pillows, and towels provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone exploring the Bourbon Trail—just a short drive to Wild Turkey, Four Roses, and Buffalo Trace. Plus, there’s a charming coffee shop, a fun bourbon bar, and a pool hall with surprisingly great food all within walking distance. Truly a gem of a place—I’ll definitely be back.

I can’t express enough what this meant for me! Meeting James was the cherry on top! I felt at home and just loved being in his Air BnB! Recommended 100 percent! His place has everything and more that you could ever want. He is an absolute amazing host and I look forward to coming back again! Booked the stay for an event at rupp arena. Easy walking distance to arena and many restaurants. Host was quick to respond and very helpful. Cute and clean!

This is the second time I've stayed at Carlotta's and it won't be the last! The magic garden and greenery make the location peaceful and private, but you are so close to fun things downtown. It's the best of both worlds! The property's historical nature makes it beautiful, nostalgic, and also cozy. I just love it there!

Arnold Place was an exceptional stay! The location was quiet, serene, and exactly as described. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. Our host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a smooth stay. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. A perfect place for a get away! The creek was so peaceful, the hot tub was relaxing, the house was clean, and the location was private but central. Host was perfect with fresh flowers, snacks, plenty of kitchen and bathroom items and very responsive!

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the layout worked well for us to have our own space. The home was charming, well-kept, and fulfilling for our needs. There was a comment made about the openness of the windows, but we did not feel this was of issue as the neighboring homes were distant and the remote vibe did not lend any safety concerns so I wouldn't give it concern as you may read the reviews. Toni was responsive each step along the way during the trip. The location in proximity to Four Roses was a stone throw -- and getting to Frankfort to enjoy Buffalo Trace was a short distance away -- as was getting to Woodford Reserve. The hot tub was a signature offering, as some of the guests have one so it was nice to enjoy away this amenity while on the trip. All the essentials we needed were there. The only opportunity would be making the guest resource book more clear and visible, as it was somewhat tucked away and inconspicuous. Overall, highly recommend.

Our family (4 adults, 2 little girls) really enjoyed this home - plenty of space for everyone - great beds - our granddaughters loved the trundle beds and all the toys and books in their bedroom! Nice sun porch and deck, along with a koi pond in a beautiful backyard. Very convenient to Asbury Seminary (where our son was receiving his Doctor of Ministry degree). Loved our stay in the wonderful home! Deserves more than 5 stars!!

ABSOLUTELY the be placed we have stayed. We had deer, foxes, rabbits, chipmunks and fireflies in the yard. Gorgeous walks in the evenings! Easy drives to Buffalo Trace, Wild Turkey, Woodford Reserve, and Rising Sons Winery. The cabin is amazing. Perfect in every way! Has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable! Absolutely spotless! Hate putting this review out, because now everyone will find my new honey hole! The best cabin with the best host, makes an ABSOLUTELY Amazing stay!!

Fantastic location nestled between downtown and the distillery district. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The back patio was lovely, and the space inside was beautiful. The mattresses and bedding were so comfy and cozy! We will definitely stay here again if/when we return.

I cannot say enough great things about Matt and the house! We traveled for a girls trip, Matt’s house was clean and safe. He responded to every question, politely and quickly! Recommend great restaurants, delicious food! I will definitely be booking with Matt again in the future!

This was a great place to stay, super clean and less than a mile from Rupp. We didn't get to make use of the host's suggestions for things to do this trip, but I'll already be looking forward to a second trip!

we loved our stay at the paradise inn! we will absolutely be back to Paris, KY. Ajs paradise Cafe right below is was such a nice treat and delicious food! Lee was by far the best, would recommend this stay to everyone.

Great stay & location - very close to relatives, shopping, eating, and easy access to highways for travel! Many activities to participate in and enjoy locally - really enjoyed Gallrein Farms!!! The facilities were as stated - loved the two bedrooms and two bathrooms - they were arranged in such a way as not to disturb each other if waking times were different, and also spacious! Katie was responsive and all communication and directions were clear. Will definitely check out again when visiting Shelbyville!
