Walking distance to the sea and lake with three nice swimming areas suitable for children. Close to both Stockholm and the archipelago, 25-30 minutes to Stockholm city by car or bus from Gustavsberg. It is best to travel by private car. Bicycles are available. Also suitable for longer stays, there is workspace and fast Wi-Fi so you can work "from home." Washing machine.

NOTE: not perfect accommodation for small children as the loft bed and terrace can mean a risk of falling. Possible to hire 2 kayaks (adult size) at the accommodation (however, not June 24 - July 24, 2024).

20 sqm apartment in scenic area, close to the sea and nature. You have a small patio to use , 3 minutes to swimming & sea. A lovely walk along the water or through the forest , the area also offers popular bike paths. A parking is included. Close to Gustavsberg where you will find a cafe, restaurants, shopping and activities. The apartment has a 160 double bed , dining group, kitchen, TV & a sofa bed. Bathroom with washing machine. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bikes can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
