A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Big sun deck connected to the pier..From the indoor sauna you easily reach the pier via the outdoor deck and staircase, perfect for summer as well as winter. Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.

Busshållsplats 200 m med direktbuss till Stockholm, Slussen. Nära till naturreservat (Björnö ca 10 min m bil eller buss) där man kan hyra kajaker, vandra, bada. OBS ej perfekt boende för små barn då loftsäng och terrass kan innebära fallrisk. Möjlighet att hyra 2 kajaker (vuxenstorlek) vid boende.
