The newly built holiday apartment is a stone's throw from the beach. From the spacious terrace, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the beach and the bay. On a clear day, the Great Belt Bridge is clearly visible on the horizon. One bedroom is equipped with a separate glass section facing the living room, so you can enjoy the sea view to the east without getting out of bed, as well as a private bathroom. The house is located 400 meters from the north beach, where there are also ice cream shops, etc. Kerteminde town is idyllic and cozy with half-timbered houses and fine shops as well as restaurants. The town is also home to the Johannes Larsen Museum. Odense is about a 20-minute drive from Kerteminde

Bjørnegården by the Great Belt

Bjørnegården is an old beautiful farm, carefully renovated with respect for the history of the house. It is perfect for a cozy family reunion, a small wedding, a small company event or something completely different. It contains 7-8 rooms, a large country kitchen, a dining room with the possibility of small tables and a long table with up to 20 diners, 3 toilets with bath, a fireplace and a TV room. There are 3 bikes and two kayaks on site and outdoors there are good barbecue areas (two large gas grills) and many terraces.

I can recommend a hike on Fyns Hoved as well as a café visit at Fynshoved Café and farm shop. The nearest shopping (3 km) is Mesinge with Min Købmand and Café Kirkeladen. In Kerteminde, there are several shopping opportunities and dining options as well as the waffle house. In addition, mini golf, Fjord og Bælt Center and the Johannes Larsen Museum. Nybro farm shop is also worth a visit.

Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.
