Excellent communication and the property was easy to find and ready for us. Very good value for money.

My stay in Amersham was just perfect. The location was close to all amenities needed as well as shops and restaurants. The ‘flat’ was also perfect and felt at home straight away. Comfortably and attractively furnished, with everything needed on hand . The gardens were a bonus for the sunny and warm June weather. And finally, Pam was the perfect Airbnb host, close by if needed, and an expert on interesting historical tales of Amersham.

I found the Annexe was within walkable distance to Harpenden about 25 mins which is great on a fine day ( local taxis are available and not expensive ). You can walk via the Common or via Rothampsted Park both pleasant. Trains to London are fast and frequent and a combined tube and bus ticket is very flexible. The booking office staff are very helpful too . We went to Windsor on one day to which was less than an hours drive away . Eileen is a perfect host and will assist in anyway possible . oh yes the Annexe was lovely and warm ,we were free to come and go as we please and . Suited our needs very well . Would recommend

It was in our travel plans to visit Warner Bros Studio-Harry Potter, which was our main reason for booking with Seemee. Her house is only a 15 minute walk from the studio. Seemee was a fantastic host. She was warm and welcoming. Since we were traveling with public transportation, her home was very close to the bus stop, which was just across the street from a small grocery store. An extra bonus! The accommodation was lovely and clean, and the bedroom was comfortable. I would definitely recommend her place.

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

Another great stay at the white cottage annex. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely place to stay, right next to jarman park with Tesco and McDonald's, it's a short walk to town. The place is a private self contained property with everything you need and very clean and comfortable. I arrived during a heatwave and Tina was extremely accommodating by giving me a fan to use for my stay, which saved my trip and made us very comfortable during the heat

I can recommend this place whole-heartedly. It is in the heart of Rickmansworth close to everything you need but it is also quiet. The flat has a tasteful, minimalist design up to a high standard. It has everything you need for a short stay. Rachel and Ben responded immediately to my messages and were very accommodating. Would give six stars if I could.

Dana and Ben, were very warm and helpful. They suggested some great places to get food. The garden studio was so lovely, peaceful and private. Parking was easy on their drive. The BnB is opposite a lovely park.

It was lovely to be welcomed by both Elizabeth and her very friendly labradoodle. The area is very quiet and the accommodation overlooks Elizabeth's beautiful garden. The kitchen is delightful,(we loved the cat and dog mugs) , and it is very well equipped. The bathroom was sparkling and the bedroom spacious and comfortable . We definitely hope to visit again.

Patrick is a great host and is easy to communicate with. His property has been great for our employees working in the local area 😊

Second time staying at Louise’s property, yet again great hosts and had an amazing stay. Louise and her husband are always quick to respond to any question and is always very helpful.

The most adorable place we have ever stayed! Everything was so thoughtfully put together and decorated. The Harry Potter theme was so complete down to the smallest details. Our favorite was snuggling in the fuzzy Hedwig blanket watching the HP movies with our morning coffee and tea. Sandra was extremely helpful and accommodating and her local recommendations were great! We not only recommend this to all HP lovers but hope to come and stay again soon!

Susan was an amazing host—responsive, proactive & quick to help with any questions or needs. Her warm and attentive communication made my stay even smoother. I’d absolutely book this place again! I stayed in this annex in Hemel Hempstead for 2.5 months during a work assignment & it exceeded my expectations that I have for airbnbs in every way. The space is beautifully designed and efficiently organized, with everything you need for an extended stay: a modern kitchen, cozy TV area, small dining table, and even a workspace. Thoughtful details and stylish decor really make it feel inviting and homey! Also, the neighborhood is lovely—safe and quiet. There’s a nearby convenience store for quick grocery runs and easy access to buses to Hemel city center and surrounding towns - also, London is reachable within an hour by public transport.

Teresa was a fab host and couldn’t have been more accommodating! I’ve currently got ongoing works at my house and her accommodation was a god send to have access to. The check in and location were great and the annexe was just what I required for my needs. Would highly recommend Teresa’s accommodation and hope to stay there again soon :)

A quiet and relaxing week in beautiful rural surroundings with plenty of walks with the dogs. Our accommodation was clean with adequate facilities and privacy. We will definately be staying again.

Nadia was such a wonderful and friendly host. She responded quickly to my messages and helped me with everything I needed. I appreciated her taking the time to say goodbye to me in person when I checked out! The self-contained studio had everything I needed, which saved me a lot of hassle during my stay here. I also enjoyed the privacy it provided. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

My son and I and our dog stayed at Amy’s place. It was perfect for us, warm and clean and had everything you needed to survive, we stayed for over 3 weeks and needed nothing. Would definitely stay again

This is our second time here. We’re over to visit friends and family and it’s very conveniently situated. It has everything it needs, clean, warm and the garden is ideal for the dog. We’ll be back !!

We absolutely loved our stay in this adorable cabin. It was cozy, comfy + such a fantastic location. The bus + the tube were easy walks + very easy to navigate. Karen + Jason were fabulous hosts. We enjoyed a cup of tea + a great conversation on their patio when we arrived. The dog, Obie + the Kitties were also loving and welcoming. On our arrival day we took a nice walk into Northwood Hills, had a great lunch at a Turkish Restaurant. Karen recommended a quick bus ride to Pinner for our first dinner at Daisy & Co. Both were wonderful. The rest of the week it was the tube into London every day. We knew it would be a 45 minute to an hour travel each way, but it did make for long days, as we left the cabin at 9 am, sometimes earlier + most nights didnt return until 10 - 10:30 pm. We felt completely safe returning to the cabin after dark. Highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to save a little money on expensive London Hotels and spend their money on all that London has to offer!
