Great location right next to the Ratikka terminal (200m). The house was completed in June 2022. There are great outdoor opportunities nearby. Hervantajärvi camping area is right next door and the beach is about 800m away. The nearest grocery store (Sale) is about 250m and the Hervanta Duo shopping center is 2.5km away. This small and compact apartment is located near good services, beautiful trecking paths and lakes with great swimming. Even in the winter you will have a chance to try cold dipping in a lake with a sauna. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.
