Welcome to this beautiful single-story T3, located in a quiet and modern residence, ideal for a family stay in Annecy. This charming accommodation offers a beautiful bright living room with a cozy living room, a large fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area bathed in natural light, overlooking a private terrace with electric awning and a large wooded garden. There is a parking space in the condominium and bicycle storage!

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 meters (2,133 feet), the 180° view from the terrace of the surrounding mountains is exceptional. Here, you can frequently spot birds of prey and other birds, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
