Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment.

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. The house is located in the center of Berge; the Hünen hiking trail runs right past the house. A new construction site is currently being developed in the immediate vicinity of the vacation rental, so there may be disturbances due to construction noise.
