Apartment in Damme

The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

New in 2025: high speed internet! Very quiet 1st floor apartment just outside the busy market town of Cloppenburg and close to nature reserve and lake Thuelsfelder Talsperre. The large flat has been newly built in 2021 and offers views across the fields and meadows. Inside, all the modern comforts and a cosy queensize boxspring bed are waiting for you. Ideal for nature lovers! It is not unusual to see wildlife on the lawn in the morning. The house is surrounded by old oak trees and a garden.

We have furnished this newly renovated, centrally located and spacious apartment as if we would move in there ourselves... ;-) 4 people will find plenty of space here on almost 90 m²! By appointment, we will also gladly pick you and your bike up at the train station in Meppen. For business travelers, this guest house is ideal as an alternative to hotel accommodation.

This cozy attic apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. It is located in a quiet residential area above a garage in beautiful Lastrup and has its own entrance. It has a beautiful, bright bathroom with a bathtub, vanity and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

Peace and relaxation in the countryside

Lean back and relax: In this quiet environment between fields and forest, the fox and rabbit say "Good night" to each other. Pheasants, deer, rabbits and also fireflies are often seen. The area invites you to take long walks. It is also very suitable as a starting point for cycling tours in Emsland, as the apartment is located directly on the Hasetal route network. You can go canoeing on the Hase, which is 7 km away.

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

Das Haus wurde vollständig renoviert: Fußbodenheizung (Wärmetauscher), Wallbox, Sauna, Kamin alles wird mit Ökostrom betrieben. Deshalb werden die Stromkosten Zählergenau berechnet.
