Cozy cabin with hiking terrain just outside the door. Parking right by the cabin. Well-equipped and light tents. Perfect for family. 1 bedroom with family bunk, double sofa bed and sized bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Cozy kitchen with dining table, dishwasher and oven. Living room with TV, fireplace and couch. Exit place with a hot tub and fire pit. The hot tub must be refilled and emptied yourself, and cleaned after use. The cabin is rented on weekends, weekdays, during events nearby, holidays, etc.

The cabin is located freely, little transparency, has good sun conditions and views to mountains and Savalsjøen. Nice hiking trails both by foot, ski and by bike. Saval Lake great for swimming, fishing/ice fishing, canoeing. Lysløypa right outside the cabin. 5 min with car to ski resort, ice skating rink and Nissehuset/hotel. 15 min walk. The field has road barrier; 80 NOK drive in, pay via app.

Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Here you can new silence, light a fire on the fire pit, or light a larger fire by the lean-to - summer and winter. The cabin is well located for year-round trips both towards Hessdalen, Rugldalen, Røros, Tydalen/Riasten. In the winter one can also put on your skis for a cross country ski trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen Ski Center. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.
