The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Individually furnished country-style apartment [95 sqm] on a former farm in a rural idyll. Centrally located in the Münden Natural Park between Göttingen and the half-timbered and three-river city of Hann-Münden. For peace or adventure-loving nature lovers but also culture vultures. In a perfect location for day trips to the Documentary City of Kassel, the Harz National Park or the Meißner Nature Park - located in the border triangle of Lower Saxony, Hesse and Thuringia.

Garden house/tiny house "La Casita" in the countryside

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood-burning oven, plump toilet and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be placed as double or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and Wi-Fi, but lots OF PEACE and NATURE. The garden with sun lounger, fireplace and tipi (summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room which can be used from 7.30 to 22 o'clock and where the dirty dishes can be delivered.

Up to 4 people can be accommodated in the cozy house and benefit from a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper bedroom is designed as a loft. 'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Two families of friends had a dream. They wanted to create a vacation home in their homeland, the Odenwald, where guests feel completely comfortable. Thus, two modern, ecological wooden houses were built, which are furnished with a lot of love for detail. They are located right on the edge of the forest and from the terrace you can enjoy a wide view of the Odenwald low mountain range.
