A unique house for unique days... ...with our tiny house in the Hessian Rhön. It is located in the large garden next to a second tiny house. From the house and from the terrace you have an unobstructed beautiful distant view of the valley. The house is fully equipped. It is made up of a bathroom with shower and water toilet, kitchenette, dining table, fold-out sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the heavenly sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00). Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.
