our room was decently clean and very comfortable. the staffs were very helpful and the check-in went smoothly...it was perfect for the 2weeks we stayed in...we would definitely stay here again

Delightful place to stay at. Warm and inviting and well resourced.

Everything was great. Suzanne was a good communicator and very helpful with suggestions. The only issue we had was the door key was for another room, but we did get help fairly quickly which was great. We would definately stay here again, as it's a good location to both Sunderland and Newcastle. Roker beach is a great place for a walk.

Lovely accommodation and lovely host. Accommodation was clean and well appointed. Fresh bread jams and butter left for us. The kids loved it.
