The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.

A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Beautiful, modern, bright and newly furnished apartment with balcony in the 13rd district close to the Danube! FREE PARKING in the garage. Grocery store, in front. At the Heroe square you have the "Hop On Hop Off" tourbus line main station, and the Millennium Metro Nr.-1

You can grill in the garden, play ping pong, watch the stars, go on nice hikes in the area, do sports, hike, kayak, or just enjoy the closeness of nature.
