Elvera communicated well and is extremely responsive. The location was close to the beach and restaurants. She communicated to us prior to our arrival that she found out the TV was not working and she was actively working to resolve it which was not a big deal because there was no time to use it with everything else to do in the area. She was accommodating during check in and check out. Her space was large and open with plenty of sleeping accommodations for our group. There was a convenient store a block away which was great to have nearby.

The decoration is is very eclectic and unique. You walk right out to the water, and get to see all the birds passing. The decorations were amazing lots of unique pieces, but it’s still made us feel very cozy.

This is our second time staying at this property and we have already booked it again for next year. For us, you can't beat the location, which is very close to downtown but far enough to feel more neighborhood like and peaceful. The townhouse concept is great especially if you have a pet.

We loved staying at Rosangela’s place — great location (super close to the beach and multiple stores and restaurants) and it felt extremely spacious for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay there again.

I would highly recommend this place as it’s a really nice place with everything you need and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The rooftop is also a stand out with a great ocean view. I really loved my stay here! It’s also very quiet and the neighbors are super nice.

Winston was awesome. Came by and chatted with me and my guests for over an hour one night. He’s not only a great host , he’s a great friend. Will be back !

Great host. I love the city. Location is not bad, There were some homeless guys across the yard but they didnt bother us. Just an fyi for single travelers. Easy to find and responsive host. It was 3 of us so Id definitely stay again.

Jane was an excellent host. She was very communicative and always checked up to see if we needed anything. We had a long stay here and it definitely felt at home. I’d 100% be a returning guest at any of her airbnbs.

This is a great place to stay, very private. The place was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here and next time I’m in town I will try to rent it again.

The house was just like the pictures the house was comfortable,clean, everything that I needed for my stay house was cold at check-in which was perfect, beds were comfortable nicely made the painting were amazing the location was quiet the host always answered when I needed to know something and always check to see if we needed anything It was a great stay i will come back

Very clean place to stay , accurate website description, pictures match the reality, kitchen fully equipped, the host available and answers any question immediately, my only concern is the place needs sofa bed to accommodate number of 4 people to sleep. Over all it is a wonderful house and I recommend it to anyone who think about renting it.

My husband, dog & I stayed at Levana's place for 11 nights & it perfectly suited our needs. Just as the photos indicate, it was spacious & spotless. We especially appreciated having access to a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, washer/dryer, a bedroom with super comfy beds/extra-large closet, & a huge fully-fenced yard with patio seating from which we enjoyed viewing the Hard Rock Hotel's lights each night. We were conveniently located to the stadium (our reason for being in town), great restaurants, grocery stores, cute local shops, dog parks & the Hollywood Dog Beach. Throughout the ENTIRE process, Levana was a wonderful host! She helped us extend our original booking through all available days & was extremely flexible in helping us minimize the time between leaving & checking into our next place (we hated to leave but her place was booked). Though we had zero issues during our stay, she was extremely responsive and made sure we were OK. Wonderful stay!!! Highly recommend!!!

This was great for our family of 6. Especially having 3 bathrooms! Plus the huge bathtub! We were close to many things. We traveled to the Everglades and visited several beaches.

I rented this property to celebrate my 50th Birthday with friends. The property is very close to the beach, easily accessible and decorated in vibrant colors and style. I recommend it for anyone who needs a stylish and convenient location to what Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale have to offer.

sheldon was amazing host. , fast reply, beautiful townhouse with amazing lake view and very quiet and safe neighborhood, will recommend everyone that want a very quiet and amazing vacation to rent his home, and the plus its very close to miami (40m drive) and you dont have all thr traffic of miami. sheldon was a nice and the communication was smooth. 10/10 of everything... 100% i will rent his home again when im in the area. if you have kids there's 2 parks walking distances and alot of ducks walking around the house. had amazing 2 months thank you sheldon.

This is a spacious secluded duplex with a beautiful patio in a residential area of Coconut Grove just a stone’s throw away from the marina. In addition to having all the creature comforts it has 2 private parking spaces in front of the front door.

Olga is very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. My friends and I had so much fun staying here and it was absolutely beautiful!

Lovely stay. I combined a work trip with a short stay in Dania beach. Bridget was wonderful with communication and the place was lovely. I especially enjoyed the deck outside. For fitness enthusiasts, there’s a park close by with bodyweight/calisthenics equipment. Would definitely recommend staying here

We had planned this trip for graduation, & my sister and I both found this place separately, shared with each other, booked instantly. This place is super quaint & charming with plenty of space to spread out in case you get tooooo much family time in. Super clean & organized, the decor and vibe is to die for- absolutely using this as inspiration for my house. We cooked breakfast every morning & had a blast- perfect bonding. My bf & dad enjoyed watching the playoffs together on the tv in the living room / dining room where we congregated and planned our days. The bathrooms/bedrooms are spacious & ultra clean. Clear instructions for check in/out. Extremely welcoming & host is prompt & communicative! Location is pro! Walking distance to beach & restaurants, including grocery store. We used the wagon, umbrella & chairs at the beach - spending our remaining days there. There's a parking space available which helped immensely. Hoping to book this place again next year- great everything

My wife and I stayed in Monique's house for 6 weeks. We enjoyed our time there very much. The house is close to Las Olas and restaurants as well as a grocery, important to us since we did not bring a car. Monique is very responsive when issues arise. If the house is available, we will likely stay again should we return to Ft. Lauderdale.

I didn’t want to leave. From the start communication was great, check in was a breeze, host very responsive. Location is steps from beach, I felt secure being on my own, the location is gated. It’s quiet at night. Inside it’s clean, comfortable, has everything that you need in kitchen, chairs and umbrella for the beach. The hostess was beyond kind and thoughtful at making my stay the best possible. I will definitely stay here again.
