West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

Birchwood Barn is a detached 3 bedroom converted barn on the edge of the picturesque Norfolk Broads village of Martham. It has a private decking area overlooking a pretty duck pond, a lawned garden area and is children and dog friendly. It offers easy access to the Norfolk Broads, miles of stunning sandy beaches, beautiful countryside and attractions. Families & boating, walking, coastal and fishing enthusiasts, and those who just want a relaxing break, will all find something to love here.

My place is close to The Broads with a Nature Reserve nearby. We are on the Weavers Way long distance path and Norwich is only 30 mins away, and North Norfolk only 40 mins. The nearby coastline (15 mins) has unspoiled beaches and in winter Grey Seals have their pups. You’ll love my place because of The peaceful location, countryside, wonderful wildlife and dark starlit skies. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Coastal cabin in Sea Palling

The cabin has been hand built by a local boat builder out of timber. The compact interior is light and bright with a hand crafted feature window in the bathroom. The cabin is situated at my home within the garden. It is just a 2 minute walk down a footpath to the beautiful sandy blue flagged beach of Sea Palling. The location is the perfect base for walkers, cyclists, seal spotting, fishing and watersports. The Norfolk broads are close enough to cycle to and Norwich is just 30 mins drive.

Thatch Dyke

A recently refurbished cosy family hideaway with own kitchen and living area. 3 comfortable bedrooms available, one with an en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom and shower. This comfortable cottage is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children and 2 well behaved dogs.. There is a private garden terrace with a BBQ. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are close by. A welcome breakfast basket included in the price. Two local pubs are within a 5 min drive.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Set in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, Quince Cottage is a perfect retreat for nature lovers and family groups alike. Surrounded by open countryside, the converted barn has open beams, exposed brickwork and log burning stove. It is fully equipped with all modern amenities including a newly fitted kitchen. The living/dining room has French doors that open out onto a private enclosed garden with patio and summer house with bar and bbq. There is parking for 2 cars.

The boat shed is a cosy studio, situated just a minutes stroll from Barton Broad, there is a super king bed that can be adapted to form 2 singles, please request which you prefer when booking, a kitchen area with double oven, hob, fridge washing machine, and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.
