Wow, what a location right by the lake! We absolutely loved this accommodation. its tastefully decorated, calm, peaceful and private. the living space is sociable and the front porch allows you to enjoy the view of the lake, the birds and just the wonderful peaceful atmosphere. there are kyaks and paddle boards and a beautiful dining area on the jetty. Comfortable beds, pretty linen, great bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen make it feel top end. Clearly this place is loved by the owner and we recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil stay. we came to Charlotte for the Speedway but we're so happy we got out of town to explore the countryside and enjoy Lake Norman. Downtown Moorseville is about 20 mins away and was a lovely place for a bit if shopping and some nice coffee ☕️ Thank you Patricia. we highly recommend your beautiful place at Tranquility Cove x

Tammy was a wonderful host and very responsive. She even took it upon herself to contact us and let us know we could check in several hours early. Her place was spotless and everything looked practically new. The "house rules" were short, sensible and not burdensome in the least. The kayaks were great fun and a wonderful amenity. It's also a very convenient location to a lot of the area attractions. It's almost right on a section of the Palmetto Trail, which we were there to bike. She even allowed us to store our bikes in the downstairs mud room, which was perfect to keep them secure and out of the way. The surround sound system was a cool amenity as was the huge shower with the multiple shower heads. Great getaway!

Great location with amenities in the building you can use. We were close to downtown and the ballparks- all easy to walk to. Clean and comfortable space that was perfect for the weekend.

Karen was helpful in sending recommendations and communication regarding the impact of Helene on the area. Always answered questions and put us at ease. The suite was beautiful and the amenities were nice and the views were great. Instructions were helpful. I would highly recommend this suite

It was an absolute pleasure for us to stay at Sherry's place. We really had a nice time and of course meeting her two dogs was the highlight! We would stay again.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. We had a great stay with Jamie. The location is close to everything you’d want to experience in Boone. Jamie was proactive and sent access information and instructions ahead of time. Jamie checked in several times and was ready to answer any questions that popped up. We loved how cozy this spot felt. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Beautiful setting with lots of things to do. Dogs are great. Lake is lovely. Kayaks are nice. Lore cared a lot that we were happy during our stay.

Lisa was a very responsive host and we appreciate that the property is dog friendly! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay and the bathrooms were pristine. It's a new home, so everything is spotless and comfortable. The host lives on site, but we barely heard them while we were staying there.

Cannot recommend this place enough!! We had a great stay, the location is great and convenient to restaurants as well as Boone and Blowing Rock. The house was pristine and so homey! The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special and extremely accommodating. The house was so clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor area and being close to the river. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. We will definitely be back!!

The house was as advertised: beautiful location, the outdoor space was really incredible, and the kitchen upstairs/theater setup downstairs were popular hang out spaces. The only issue was the alarms on the back doors. Each of the back sliding doors had a manual alarm that had to be pressed to exit and enter the house. They were incredibly loud, even when used as instructed. They are obviously there for safety reasons but it made it really difficult at times to be in and out of the house to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space.

The Emerald Oasis was the prefect place for our family. The house is immaculate and has everything that is needed. Many of the basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, toiletry items, laundry detergent and kitchen detergents are supplied. In addition to the amenities in the house the dock is great with plenty of room and a mix of sun and shade to enjoy the paddle boards and kayaks. There was plenty of room for our boats as well. Our grandchildren loved paddling around in the quiet cove to the side of the property. Evenings by the fire pit were so relaxing. I cannot say enough good things about this house. It is a perfect place for a week at the lake. Ian and Katia are so helpful and responsive. They truly go above and beyond. Ian even supplied a full size crib for us. They are so thoughtful and committed to making sure their guests enjoy their stay at the Emerald Oasis.

This place was so peaceful and relaxing. The first thing I noticed was the speakers in the living room couch. Great for watching movies and sports! I’m a busy person and I have a hard time planning things far out. So the fact that I was able to book hours before was a major plus. I needed some serious relaxation and the place gave me that 100%. There is not a piece of furniture in that house that is not comfortable. I literally didn’t even leave the entire time. If available I’ll definitely be booking again. Great stay, great views, great surroundings! 5 stars!

Thank you for creating such a welcoming and relaxing space! We liked the indoor and outdoor areas and had everything we needed. Felt safe and private. Hot tub, sauna, and fire pit were awesome. We enjoy local recommendations from hosts and appreciated Landon's proactive communication about things to check out, from wineries and hiking to restaurants. There were several towns nearby (Tryon, Columbus, Saluda, Lake Lure, Landrum), as well as Tryon International (equestrian facility) - it was easy to get around and the suggestions were helpful! We hope to return and checkout Landon's 2.0 property next time.

It was a great peaceful Escape for the weekend. The hosts were very communicative and the place was very clean.

This condo was probably the most organized and comprehensive Airbnb expereinces I have had. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It opens right up to the pool and you have a nice view of the Marina. Great for a small family. Very easy location - right off the highway. Kim was incredibly responsive. Checking out was easy - there's a checklist to review right on the counter.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

We had a wonderful stay here for our son’s wedding weekend. The location was perfect for all the wedding events and absolutely stunning—right on the lake, with a boardwalk just behind the condo. The unit itself was spotless and very comfortable. There was a last-minute issue with repaving and restricted parking access (completely out of the host’s control), but the host communicated immediately and went out of their way to help us navigate it. Overall, an excellent choice and one we’d happily recommend.
