Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hidalgo

We had a wonderful couple of days at Magdalena’s place. The location was perfect (secluded in the forest) and the property is very spacious. The outside area is fantastic for a bbq and for letting our dogs play. The shower was one of my favourite things - super hot and great pressure! Getting to the property is fine, just go steady, but we came in a regular sedan and had no issues. If you drink coffee, bring ground coffee for the coffee machine. We stayed early May and although it was warm during the day, make sure you have a jumper for night as it gets chilly. Magdalena and Pablo were extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend if you want a complete getaway at a very good price.

My stay in this house was excellent. The place is very comfortable, clean and well located. Communication with the hosts was quick and friendly at all times. Excellent place if you take the trip as a family and you plan to travel to Tolantongo. Although the place is not yet very populated, the house is located just near a cruise where you will find grocery store pharmacy kitchens for breakfast and other services, even open at night on the weekend. In any questions I had Carol responded immediately and helped us resolve situations. My only recommendation would be to improve the water pressure in shower and keys, since at the time of bathing there was very little water. A very homey place. 👍👌

A very pleasant stay, with quality service, complying with everything specified in the offer, cleanliness, order and excellent kitchen service, in general we had a great time in the house.

Getting here from Querétaro is quite simple and accessible. It is not necessary to go through long stretches of dirt road. The house is very nice and has a wonderful view. José Manuel was very attentive and kind. There is a town about 10-15 minutes away where you can buy basic things. The pool was a little cold, but by paying for the use of the boiler, we were able to enjoy it very well. We would definitely like to return.

It is a very central accommodation, in addition to very clean and cozy, with ample spaces for rest and coexistence. The village is very clean, quiet and safe. Highly recommended

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful ranch! Jo was an excellent host—always responsive, friendly, and attentive. His father was equally exceptional, guiding us upon arrival and being incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The ranch itself is a hidden gem, offering stunning lake views and the company of beautiful, friendly horses. The entire community was so welcoming and warm, making our experience even more memorable. It was peaceful and exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. We only wish we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil, unforgettable experience. While the location may seem a bit challenging to navigate at first, it's actually quite manageable. I do suggest arriving during daylight hours, as it can be a little tricky at night. Thankfully, Jo and his father are always available to assist if needed. Overall, it’s a beautiful town with a rich history, and the ranch was the perfect escape! Can't wait to return!

Very nice cabin and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food on the menu in the cabin is delicious and they bring it right to your door. And the host is very kind.

A good place to spend time with friends or family.. very quiet and at night you have an excellent view of the city. I highly recommend it, apart from the host is very attentive and helpful.

I went with my wife to the cabin, we had a great time. The place is just like in the pictures. It is ideal for disconnecting from technology and connecting with people. The place was very clean and the host's service was very friendly, he was always ready to help us. We were without wifi for a few hours, but I think it was a local issue. It's a place I would definitely recommend.

Everything is excellent, although it is a set of cabins, you have a lot of space, privacy, security and freedom to enter the property at the time you need. Very good facilities, ideal for going with friends and couples. I recommend it 100%. The bottle of wine they give you when you arrive is excellent.

Beautiful place. The photos totally match, the cabin is very clean and welcoming. The first-class service, the service of Olga, Alvaro and Adriana is very punctual and friendly, instantly resolves any situation. A place to disconnect and breathe clean air.
