Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, a rooster crowing and the donkey braying for breakfast! Sades Loft is located in a fairytale cottage in the heart of downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea. The upstairs loft has its own private entry on Ocean Avenue. Open your front door and explore downtown Carmel or take a 5 minute stroll down to the beach. Once a VIP room where Hollywood & local legends gathered late into the night, today, the Loft is a relaxing spot where you can listen to soft music from the restaurant below or watch passerby's buying old fashioned candy from the Cottage of Sweets.

Falmouth Cottage has been in our family for 70 years. It is a true, original Carmel cottage, one of the first to be built on beautiful Carmel Point. The house is airy and light-filled, with large windows and french doors opening out to the garden that shelters the house on all sides. Carmel River State Beach is one minute away on foot, with easy access to various parts of the coastline, while a longer stroll along the water to the village of Carmel is about 30 minutes.

Fancy-Free by the Sea

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.
