Recommed for everyone should try the experience, everything is almost complete (in his own opinion), the host responds to messages very quickly and is very friendly customer support. The only disadvantage that I don't see very much only parking space has to go a short distance from the homestay. But in general, it's okeee❤️

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and the building facilities are great. There is a very nice pool that you can access. The host was very reactive (I booked the same morning) and all the infos for the check-in were super clear. It is a bit far away from the city center, so if you don’t have a scooter it’s a bit uncomfortable. We had a motorcycle and there is a parking lot that is super cheap. It was a very nice stay, I really recommend it.

a nice and unique experience staying here. very local building with restaurants and cafes around. walk further and there's some fantastic crab meat delicacies restaurant. Do take note that the main gate will be locked at certain timing so do bring along both set of keys when going out. Host is very responsive and helpful. I am sure they will become super host soon!

I had an amazing stay at this homestay in Ho Chi Minh City! The location is absolutely perfect — it’s right in the heart of the city, so everything from tourist spots to restaurants and local markets is just a short walk or quick ride away. It made exploring the city super convenient. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the essentials were provided, which made my stay really comfortable. What truly stood out to me was how supportive and friendly the host was. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and were always available whenever I had a question. If you're planning a trip to HCM City and want a place that’s convenient, clean, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares, I highly recommend stay here!

A lovely property right in the heart of District 3. Very quiet apart from some morning roosters in the neighborhood, but that's life in Saigon. The balcony was serene for morning coffee and the entire apartment exuded charm and calm. There is a camera on the balcony for security: not everyone might like the idea of potentially being recorded while drinking your coffee (however this is common all across Vietnam). Otherwise, a lovely place to relax and do work in, or just use as a base to explore the city. Lots of great food options around and about a 20 minute walk to Independence Palace. The staff were helpful when needed but otherwise let you be to come and go as you pleased. Austin and Vanessa were super communicative the entire stay and even left a small thank you gift. Would definitely stay again!

Great for a one night stay. Excellent location surrounded by lots of cafes and greenery. Easy to take Grab/taxi to and from. All amenities seemed new and clean. Mattress was quite firm (but I found this in most of the accommodations in Vietnam).

Villa is super chill! We are here to have a party with friends, the space is spacious, the pool is clean, the BBQ is also stable. There is also a good karaoke room and bluetooth speaker on the patio, so playing music, singing until late is not boring. Friendly host, message is a quick rep. In general, happy stay, like, will come back again!🥰🥰
