Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hietzing

Guter Gastgeber, der sehr gut erreichbar ist. Anliegen wurden ernst genommen und umgehend nach Lösungen gesucht. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt für Gruppen von 5-10 Personen. Das Haus ist riesig und es gibt viele Bereiche, wo man gemeinsam sitzen kann. Der Bus (38a) zum Wiener U-Bahn-Netz und Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 10 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bus fährt tagsüber ca. alle 10 min. und auch nachts. Man benötigt ca. 30 min. in die Wiener Innenstadt. In der näheren Umgebung des Hauses gibt es schöne Lokale zum Einkehren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Michael war wunderbar. Wir haben uns versammelt und wollten grillen. Das Haus war sehr groß und entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besonderer Dank gilt dem Hausmeister – er hat uns sogar beim Grillen geholfen. Wir hatten nicht genug Kohle, aber er hat uns Holz gebracht und uns damit gerettet. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

We stayed at Barbara’s place for two months and loved every minute of it! The location is unbeatable, not even 10 mins to walk to the beautiful Hauptplatz of Tulln or the Danube River . The house is well equipped with everything you need in everyday life and the new windows keep out any noise that you might otherwise hear from the traffic, even though it’s a quiet area. So far it’s been the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at and we highly recommend it! Barbara has been the loveliest host, the place was decorated with Mozartkugeln when we arrived 😊. She was very responsive and had some great suggestions for things to do. Also, the Messe Tulln is in walking distance and so is the Garden Tulln. And even the train station is less than 2 km away, and the train takes you to Vienna in 20 minutes. Perfect! 😍

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Macy's house was just amazing. I was on a work trip with two colleagues, attending a conference at Kaisermühlen/VIC. There were three separate bedrooms, one in the basement, one on ground floor, and one upstairs. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Lots of space, clean place. It took just a bit more than half an hour to reach our conference venue. Vienna city ticket for public transport is valid all the way to Gerasdorf, which is not part of the city of Vienna. Bus 510 connects to Leopoldau, the terminal station of line U1. Macy was welcoming us in the house when we arrived and was really flexible with our last minute change of arrival time. Everything worked really smoothly. A warm recommendation!

Lioutmilla’s place was really clean inside and with a well-equipped kitchen. We felt right at home - the house was clean, cosy, and private. One area that could be improved is the garden , as the grass was a bit overgrown. However , this didn’t bother us much. Better ventilation of the rooms before guest arrive would be helpful. We resolved by opening the windows for a while. We had a great stay and appreciated the confort and amenities. We recommend this house. 4 min by walk to the tram station and 15 to the U4. ( line to the center of wien) . Really good connection to the city center. We also appreciated the parking spot as we were able to park 2 cars. Thanks again for the place.

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

This is a great location if you are attending a conference or have other business at the Central European University, which is a ten-minute walk away. Due to the proximity of transit, however, many Vienna attractions like the Schõnbrunn, Belvedere, or the city centre, are only minutes away. The apartment was immaculately clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive, checking in with us in person shortly after we arrived, dropping off extra coffee and tea, and the cleaners also checked in with us right away to make sure we didn't have any issues with the cleanliness of the apartment (which we didn't). The hosts were also quick to respond when I asked for an ironing board, dropping off a new one that same day. The apartment is well-equipped for self-catering. There were some good restaurants nearby, and a good grocery store five minutes away. Overall, this is an excellent rental and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Vienna.

O apartamento é realmente grande com uma ótima sala de banho e cozinha. Tem tudo que é necessário. Tem televisores na sala e nos quartos, para quem aprecia. A poucos metros passam duas linhas de bonde. Recomendo.

Beautiful and spacious apartment near a cute street with lots of shots and restaurants as well as some of the pretty parks, monuments, and museums of Vienna. The host was communicative and helpful the entire time. We were very happy with our stay here :)

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Martins Wohnung. Diese ist ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und der Check-in war problemlos. Martin ist als Gastgeber sehr bemüht und die Kommunikation war absolut unkompliziert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zuhausig, in allem und bestem Sinn. Die Einrichtung ist ausgesucht für offenbar nicht nur Besuch. Die Räume sind so hoch, wie Wien es beträumt und der Fenster sind viele. Mit Hochparterre am Park ist auch spätabends keine Grabesstille zu erwarten. Das ist sehr hübsch lebendig und nur bei sehr leichtem Schlaf eine Erwägung wert. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gern wieder.

Wir (mein Mann & ich) waren von Samstag - Donnerstag in Wien mit unserem Hund und meiner Oma (89 Jahre alt). Wir haben uns in der Wohnung alle sehr wohlgefühlt und die paar Treppenstufen am Eingang waren kein Problem. Alles war sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar Homeoffice-Plätze. Auch die Gegend war echt klasse, innerhalb weniger Minuten war man zu Fuß bei der S- oder U-Bahn und das Auto stand sicher in einem Parkhaus (2m Einfahrtshöhe). Elena war stets sehr freundlich und schnell zu erreichen☺️. Vielen Dank für den tollen Kurzurlaub!

Martin war ein fantastischer Gastgeber! Die „Press“ -Weinlokal daneben- ist ein echt wienerisches Beisl. Ein idealer Ort, einen anstrengenden Tag ausklingen zu lassen und ohne Schickimickischnickschnack. Wer die leider selten gewordene Atmosphäre von Alt-Simmering sucht, ist bei Martin genau richtig. Inmitten der teilweise etwas rauh scheinenden Umgebung ist Martins Altbau-Gästewohnung faszinierend, schön gepflegt und mit einem tollen Garten ausgestattet und etwas ganz Besonderes für Besucher, die das echte authentische Wien kennenlernen wollen. Außerdem ist die Verkehrsanbindung optimal. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen!
