Guter Gastgeber, der sehr gut erreichbar ist. Anliegen wurden ernst genommen und umgehend nach Lösungen gesucht. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt für Gruppen von 5-10 Personen. Das Haus ist riesig und es gibt viele Bereiche, wo man gemeinsam sitzen kann. Der Bus (38a) zum Wiener U-Bahn-Netz und Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 10 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bus fährt tagsüber ca. alle 10 min. und auch nachts. Man benötigt ca. 30 min. in die Wiener Innenstadt. In der näheren Umgebung des Hauses gibt es schöne Lokale zum Einkehren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Cornelia ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns in ihrer Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt, es ist ein einladendes, ordentliches Haus mit schönem Ambiente. Der Kamin lädt dazu ein, den Abend gemütlich davor zu verbringen. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos, und die Anweisungen waren klar und deutlich. Wir können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

The place was perfect for my wife and I along with our son and even our dog! While we live in Vienna, it provided a well-needed getaway with a pool and amazing backyard with amazing space. One of my favorite places!

Everything was perfect. Well designed house, you can find every equipment in the kitchen,lovely garden and the location is walking distance to the public transportation. Alexander and his wife were very kind and helpful. They even prepared sandy play area in the garden for our daughter, which is very kind. If we visit Vienna again we would like to accommodate at this house for the second time. I reccomend everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Dajana’s property. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Dajana and her husband was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Vienna, and we felt truly at home during our stay. Highly recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future!

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

This place made us feel like a friend’s home, warm and delight. On the table, there is a welcome red wine for us , really sweet. :) My kids like the place right away, some toys are even same as ours at home. The location is 30mins drive to the center, not far at all. On the way back there are many supermarkets to shop for daily use. I communicated with the owners very well during our stay, they are a lovely local family who understand and help us in any questions we have. I highly recommend to families with kids to stay.

Ruhiges, gemütliches, kleines Gartenhaus mit einem Klavier, einer Gitarre und einer Oud und insgesamt guter Ausstattung (Spülmaschine, Kochplatte, Fernseher, Wlan usw.)! Strombad Kritzendorf in Fußnähe, Museum gugging über schöne Spazier-/Wanderroute erreichbar. Sehr lieber Gastgeber, der schnell und hilfsbereit antwortet. Bei Anreise beachten, dass es denselben Straßennamen zwei Mal in der Gegend gibt. Also Adresse am besten gleich mit richtiger Postleitzahl im Navi eingeben. :)

Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour chez Wolfgang. La maison a l'intérieur est comme neuve, spacieuse.,très propre, très bien équipée et située dans un quartier très très calme. Les lits sont très confortables. Il ne manque rien. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. L'accès à Vienne est très facile en voiture puis en métro. De plus la communication avec Wolfgang est une personne très sympathique et très agréable, il a toujours été très réactif pour répondre à toutes nos questions et nous donner tous les renseignements nécessaires au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Je vous recommande à 100 pour cent. Merci encore Wolfgang pour votre hospitalité.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns einfach pudelwohl in unserer Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Nähe zu Wien hatte uns seinerzeit bewogen, diese Unterkunft anzumieten und es war genau richtig. Dem Trubel und der Hektik, der ohne Frage wunderschönen Stadt Wien, konnten wir "entrinnen" und konnten, wenn wir es so wollten, auch einmal einen ruhigen Abend verbringen. Doris ist eine äußerst angenehme und sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und konnte uns hilfreiche und schöne Tipps geben. Wenn wir wieder einmal Sehnsucht nach Wien haben, werden wir uns dort wieder einquartieren.

Lioutmilla’s place was really clean inside and with a well-equipped kitchen. We felt right at home - the house was clean, cosy, and private. One area that could be improved is the garden , as the grass was a bit overgrown. However , this didn’t bother us much. Better ventilation of the rooms before guest arrive would be helpful. We resolved by opening the windows for a while. We had a great stay and appreciated the confort and amenities. We recommend this house. 4 min by walk to the tram station and 15 to the U4. ( line to the center of wien) . Really good connection to the city center. We also appreciated the parking spot as we were able to park 2 cars. Thanks again for the place.

We had a great time! It was a very cozy place we got to relax for the days we were around. The ceilings are very short so you might wanna watch out if you are a tall human. I would recommend to anyone needing a place in that area.

Garten ist super! Nachbarn sehr nett!

Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Bushaltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Parkhaus (5€ am Tag) ist nur zwei Stationen entfernt. Die Gegend ist super ruhig, was in Wien nicht gerade üblich ist. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet von genug Besteck bis zu Salz/Pfeffer war alles vorhanden. Eine Mikrowelle wäre schön gewesen, ist aber nicht zwingend nötig. Sowohl die Kommunikation als auch der Check-In und -Out liefen reibungslos. Eine klare Empfehlung für Wien, wenn man es etwas ruhiger haben möchte.

Wir hatten einen absolut perfekten Aufenthalt. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir super herzlich empfangen - alles war genau so, wie in der Beschreibung (wenn nicht sogar besser!). Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell - man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Herz und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen, der einen sorgenfreien und schönen Aufenthalt in Wien genießen möchte.

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und hat passt gut in die Gegend. Von den zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien aus ist der Wienerwald sehr gut zu sehen. Es gibt so gut wie keinen Verkehrslärm. Das Grundstück, das Haus und das Mobiliar sind mit viel Liebe und können gepflegt. Alles funktioniert tadellos. Als wir ankamen bekam wir gleich einen guten Tipp für einen Spaziergang. Es wurde uns nicht zuviel versprochen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und das Haus passt mit seinen zwei Schlafzimmern auch für eine größere Gruppe für mehre Nächte. Der große Garten ist ganz wunderbar und ein echtes Highlight zum entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit Helga war auch bestens.

Die Nutzung erfolgte durch meinen Sohn und er schien sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist zentral und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Was mir auffiel, als ich zu Besuch kam, war das Fehlen eines Kleiderschrankes. Es gibt zwar Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten, jedoch fanden wir keine Möglichkeit Hemden aufzuhängen 🤔 Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sicher kein Problem!

nice and clean premise. comfortable but too bad there is no laundry dryer as in the listing which we needed. fire place were not to be used when we got there which were not mention in the listings.
