It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Off season (excluding Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's Eve, Saturdays, and holidays), early check-in is free unless there is a reservation the day before, so please take a walk to the suspension bridge or prepare a BBQ while you are waiting for the hot spring.

Popular Atami is also nearby, and there are fireworks displays. Mishima is about 30 minutes away via Atami, so it's convenient for getting to Mt. Fuji! You can enjoy fishing and beach play on the Manazuru Peninsula, and hot springs and autumn foliage in Okuyugawara! Hatsushima, popular with young people, is also close by. (Iritahama is the nearest beach, 7 minutes on foot/11 m above sea level) Especially recommended for those who love the sea, surfing, and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and travel as a base for workcation and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with a single burner stove (gas) and simple cooking utensils, dishes, and condiments. We also provide free rental items for guests to use.
