Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

With a private garden, on-site parking, and views over moor and dale, it’s perfect for couples or small families. Inside, enjoy a cosy living space with a log burner (logs provided), well-equipped kitchen, shower/wet room, and upstairs a king bedroom plus a walk-through space with twin bed (single futon chair bed and a single bed). We also allow up to 2 pets.

FlashysRetreat is a three-storey 'off-grid' cabin for 2 people, built in the tiny house tradition, in private woodland, only a short walk from the parking. 'Off-grid' doesn't mean without facilities - FlashysRetreat has mains water, instant hot water, electricity. 'Off-grid' means:- you're in the 'wild'. Horses neigh! Owls hoot and bats flitter by in the dusk! Here, nature is in abundance, giving you a chance to retreat, relax and recharge. Leaving you to your own imagination.

We look forward to welcoming you to our renovated Cow Byre just a short drive from Ripon. Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.

Hampsthwaite is nestled in the Yorkshire Dales with many local attractions on its doorstep. Sunnyside Cottage comfortably sleeps two people and is an ideal romantic getaway and a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
