Fabulous place to stay, had all we needed. Beautiful area of the country.

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay at Crystal Moon, it was like home from home. Anita has thought of everything! All your possible needs. Beautiful caravan inside and out, a wonderful holiday park with its leisure centre and lots to do locally. We loved it and will be back! Thank you Anita

amazing few days at the holiday park weather ok sat on veranda in the sun at what a sun trap it is. holiday home spotless in a lovely quiet part of the park near the gate to the beach 15 min walk. We cooked and everything was there we needed to make a decent meal, the restaurant on the site did takeaway service very good.Great nights sleep on comfortable beds, both bathrooms were fantastic size, plenty of storage, kitchen fitted out brilliantly everything there you need. Will definitely be coming back.

The Beach House in Southbourne provided us with everything that we needed for a perfect family holiday. The house has a spectacular view of the sea, with SOBO Beach access only metres away. The houses itself provides all of the amenities any family could want to have an enjoyable stay. Bathroom to bedroom ratio, safe suitable parking, a swimming pool,a hot tub with sea views, mini golf, a games room and chill out zone, and much more. The property is ideally situated near local shops,cafes pubs and restaurants. The Beach House is perfectly located for day trips to Swanage, Corfe Castle,Sandbanks,Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding area. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to all of our enquiries. Amazing stay and beautiful home. We couldn't have asked for anything more for a relaxing break in a beautiful part of the country. Easy to get into Winchester and easy to find. Fiona was a welcoming host who made us feel very welcome at every stage. I would highly recommend booking this property to anyone who wants to visit the area.

The house is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The whole house is very well maintained. The location is superb. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would thoroughly recommend it. Our hosts were very easy to contact and made sure we knew everything and had everything.

The cottage was a beautiful and peaceful place to be at the end of the day after a long walk. Clare made us feel welcome with little things such as milk in the fridge, butter and jam, biscuits…etc. It feels very homely, clean and welcoming. As soon as I stepped in I didn’t want to leave the place! Great location too with cafés close by to have breakfast or lunch and places for drinks and dinner. We had the opportunity to check in early and leave later which made our stay longer, which was well appreciated. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Nice accommodation. Kids liked the toys that was available. Parking was fine. Nearby local restaurant by the church/sea was lovely. Michael was quick at responding and asking any queries we had.

We have just returned from a wonderful 9 day break in Barton on Sea, and I couldn't recommend the place highly enough! The house was very clean and had all the amenities that you could possibly want for on holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and the basic layout very comfortable indeed. We found the house without any problems and checking in was straightforward. This was my first time in the area, and I have to point out how very clean I found the whole place. Barton on Sea is immaculately well looked after. I went on several local walks and was amazed at how generally well kept it all was. The local pub, The Housemartin was within an easy 20 minute walk and served very good food and the staff were very helpful and friendly. As it was a holiday we were in there more than once too! All in all, I would rate this as one of the very best properties that I have stayed in over my fairly long time on Airbnb.

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

The potting shed was a lovely place and really well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was great having a netflix for air BnB guests! Loads of great beaches, villages and walks around. Jan was very helpful and responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Just back from a wonderful 4 nights with my daughters and grandchildren. On 3 levels so plenty of room for everyone. Great location and lots to see and do. Great that the lovely clean beach is just across the road. Lots of fun memories made. Elaine is a lovely, communicative host. Thankyou Elaine from us all.

Had a great stay for my husbands' 30th birthday, we arrived early and Jj allowed us to check in early. Gave recommendations on places to eat etc and was a lovely house. Definitely recommend

We were absolutely delighted to stay at this fabulously equipped and clean caravan. As soon as we arrived, we were taken with how well cared for it was. There were small details thought of, including a little welcome basket with an easter treat and decorations, which delighted the children. We have stayed in many Airbnb's over the years, but what stood out here was the attention to detail, including an extensive portfolio of suggested outings, restaurants and amenities. The park itself was charming, again well maintained. Our only comment with the Hobourne facilities was that the outdoor pool was closed for the majority of our stay, so we feel our leisure pass was not put to full use unfortunately. We also questioned Hobourne's decision for a day of noisy tree cutting during the Easter holiday! But that's nit picking. Would wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb, we certainly will rebook. We’ve just enjoyed a stay, very clean , we were a family of 12 , all different ages , plenty of room to enjoy the space , with lovely walks , literally few minutes to the beach. A great time had by all !

Myself and my family had a lovely stay. Everything you could possibly need in the van. Lovely welcome gift. We enjoyed the games and puzzles. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Fabulous home. Perfect for our family holiday as you can all spread out to different areas, and also large enough to all enjoy spaces together. Our toddler and my father absolutely loved the garden. It’s the perfect size, and so peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed the Games room (really fun with the neon lights and disco lights on whilst playing Pacman! ) and my mum loved playing the piano in there. My Gran enjoyed snoozing in the sunroom. All spotlessly clean. Beds all comfy. Great there’s a twin room and toilet/ shower room downstairs as that worked well for my Gran so she didn’t have to negotiate the stairs. Brilliant location just a few minutes away from the village or seafront. Excellent communication throughout. Thank you for a gorgeous stay.

An absolutely beautiful home with outstanding facilities - our stay was perfect from start to finish. Gemma was incredibly helpful and attentive in the lead up. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Milford-on-Sea. Our host was very welcoming and responsive to all our queries both before and during our stay. The property was well stocked with everything you could possibly need as well as being spotless and comfortable with incredible views. The location is perfect, only a few minutes away from the local village and pub, which is perfect for an evening meal, as well as the view of the Needles from the coast, which is breathtaking and perfect for a stroll. Other highlights include Hurst castle, Beaulieu and the New Forest itself. Milford was the perfect centre point for so many great activities and walks with plenty of information and maps included in the property. The garden was such a peaceful place to relax after a long day exploring and the kitchen was well equipped for home cooking as well. Overall, we could not have asked for a better property, host or location and would certainly return here again. Thank you so much for having us!
