STYLISH, SPOTLESS and SPACIOUS 3 bedroom apt.
You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.

ENTIRE suite with full kitchen, comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and space to relax. Light household sounds upstairs 7 AM–10 PM. No parties or events. One bathroom keeps this spacious retreat a great value. Due to severe family allergies and an Airbnb-approved exception, we CANNOT host animals, including service or support animals.

Welcome to beautiful Highland, so named after the Highlands of Scotland. Centrally located to all things Utah with easy access to Salt Lake City and Provo and all the trails up and down Mt. Timpanogos. Excellent biking and walking trail just around the corner. A full acre, the outdoor space has a small fruit orchard, a fence lined with blackberry bushes, and a resident horse. Remodeled with new bathrooms, an open kitchen, and large dining area we have room for the whole family!

The Pickleball Manor
Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
