Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for a family of 8 adults and one child. Surroundings were beautiful. Nature was plentiful. The place had great amenities, kitchen well stocked, and the pool and hot tub one of a kind of !! We all had a great stay !!!

The property is amazing, and everything was as described. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. We also used the golf and sport court a little and they are also very nice. The house is showing its age a bit but had everything we needed. The diving board was being replaced. There are many rules but that’s understandable with so high end a property and the incredible main house being right there. The owners are kind and responsive with two wonderful dogs.

A hidden gem with warmth and character, close to everything and very private at the same time. The patio and gardens under the giant redwood is filled with fig trees, tropical ferns, orchids and banana trees. Beautiful tile and stone work decorates the paths , columns and interior spaces of this charming California Bungalow. The stuccoed interior has tall ceilings and massive beams. Big barbecue and well stocked and organized kitchen

Beautiful,. private apartment equipped with everything one would want, in an excellent location easily walkable to downtown and whole foods. Close to rancho san Antonio for great running. The Internet was very fast. The space is large, well decorated, and peaceful. Elena is extremely responsive and accommodating. A great stay.

Garrett was very responsive and friendly. Place was absolutely charming. Extremely clean and well fitted out kitchen. Beautiful home. Good vibe. Great location.

Lauren’s place is fantastic. The remodel does a great job of matching the original architecture with updated appliances (the six burner Wolf stove, for example) and the decoration was just perfect for our taste. The location is fantastic — a short 3-4 block walk to downtown Burlingame and a Caltrain stop, close to 101 and 2-3 blocks from a nice park with tennis and pickleball courts. The only slight negative is there is some noise from planes landing at the airport nearby but it was most noticeable in the night when it could easily be blocked out with the fans in the bedrooms. The backyard is very large and the deck set up nicely for bar-b-queuing or enjoying a drink or meal outside. This is a very comfortable house and would come back without hesitation.

This is a cozy, private home with a private back yard on a quiet residential street. We stayed here for a few days with two young kids and had a great time. There are two bedrooms, and a den/study with a bed that can easily sleep another adult. The place was incredibly clean, and everything was well maintained and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked. There is parking in the driveway and plenty on the street. The neighborhood is a very quiet, safe residential area, with polite neighbors and a park and children's playground only a couple minutes walk down the street. Easy access to the 101 freeway. Downtown Burlingame is a great walkable area with restaurants and shops and is about 15 minutes drive. SFO is about 15 minutes away as well. Downtown SF is maybe 30 minutes drive with no traffic. The host was very responsive and helpful, but we really didn't need much communication since it all went smoothly. Would definitely stay again on our next trip.

Husband and I stayed for a little less than a week and enjoyed our time! We had one compact SUV and parking was very comfortable for us. We appreciated the free snacks and water provided and slept well on the bed Saik’s instructions were easy and we would recommend this place to anyone

Raymund's place was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. I appreciated how clean it was and the size was perfect. The off-street parking was key for us too. Raymund was a great host, providing clear instructions and lots of privacy. We hope to stay there again!

Beautifully remodeled home. The kids loved the back yard and the neighbourhood was quiet yet safe. We loved that the kitchen had a proper gas stove and all the necessary amenities to cook a meal for a family.

This was a great place to stay on our business trip to San Mateo. Our office is downtown on 3rd Ave which was just under a mile away from the house, which made it walkable in less than 20 minutes. Quiet neighborhood and very clean home with all the necessary amenities for travelers and people passing through.

This home was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and full of luxurious touches. The amenities were excellent, and the furniture was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently close to the highway for easy access to nearby areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

I have to say, the pictures don’t quite capture the beauty of the back yard. The deck is off the dining room and is surrounded by beautiful roses and bougainvilleas. The fire pit area is like another world at night. There are embedded rock paths that meander through lemon trees, roses, lavender and under several vines arches. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub, grill or the kitchen, but the house with all the sky lights is bright, super clean and very comfortable. We have used Airbnb all over the world, and it turns out this is our favorite. It really is a beautiful, comfortable place. My husband loved the yoga room. Megan was helpful and kept in touch to make sure that we were comfortable.

My wife and I, my son, and two of my friends stayed at Rebeccas property in Belmont for 4 days for a concert/weekend getaway. Rebecca was extremely responsive, communicating promptly during and after booking. The home was clean, spacious, and had all of the essentials you needed for a quick or extended stay. It did have only one restroom, but we as a group of 5 were able to make due easily!!! The home is pretty close to most things you would travel to the surrounding area to do, with everything we wanted to do being within 30 minutes away. All and all, it was a great experience, perfect home. If and when we find ourselves in the area in the future, we'd most certainly stay again! -Andrew T. Temecula, Ca

This is a lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood, walkable to coffee shops, local organic grocery and of course the ocean! The home is clean and new, with plenty of windows for good natural light. The garden in the backyard and small lawn in the front offer beautiful outdoor space. I stayed for a few days at the end of May when the lemon tree was still in full bloom-- sweet fragrance and fresh lemons! Gi'Angelo and Sharon were perfect remote hosts-- friendly, helpful and always responsive. Would absolutely recommend this space.

Lacey was a great host, we had to find a place last minute and she was there for us! The house was perfect for us due to its location, close to everything! Very clean and spacious.

From vendor recommendations to her calming presence, Kim went above and beyond to help create a perfect moment. She welcomed us with such warmth—it felt like staying with family. The bungalow itself is peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfectly nestled in nature. The stunning seaside views, colorful tide pools, and sightings of whales, seals, and other wildlife made every moment feel magical. Kim’s local insight into trails, sights, and hidden gems only added to the experience. The Sea Wolf Bungalow will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and I feel incredibly grateful for the memories made there and for the chance to get to know Kim. Truly the best trip I’ve ever had. Thank you, Kim—for everything.

Tracy’s place was beautiful and the location for me was perfect. There is a trail just a few steps across the street that I only got to enjoy one morning because I was there for work. I also wish I had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio because it was so beautifully landscaped. It took me a minute to figure out the cooktop. The bed was comfortable and the area was very safe and quiet, lots of older neighbors around walking, nice to see. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend and return for another visit!
