An artistic, loft-style cottage perfectly located beside world class fishing on Lake Winnipeg at beautiful Sunset Beach! 3 minutes to ice/beach access - sled from the driveway, room for trailer parking! Big bright windows, wood-burning fireplace (firewood on-site), ping pong, pellet BBQ, large screened room. Starlink Wifi and big TV to hook laptop to (no cable). The cottage is nicely tucked into the forest. 1 bedroom with a queen, 2 double beds and a double futon in open format loft.

Close to Albert beach, Traverse Bay boat launch,Grand Pines golf course and just steps away from ATV/snowmobile trails. The Cabin is perfect for 2 people.
