Spacious kitchen and living area with a large desk in the event you need to work. A key to the travel trailer and gate remote is provided to you so you can come and go as you please. The Mathis House, a spacious 2 bedroom home

The Mathis House is located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the river, shops and the historic walking tour. It has a large fenced yard with a patio. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and there are several restaurants close by. The living room has a foldout couch. The den also has what the family called the napping couch.

We are out in the country but still very close to town. Come enjoy some nice cool night breezes and do some stargazing under a wide open sky. Very peaceful and quiet, there is plenty of room outdoors to stretch out. We are located just 4 min from Carrizo Springs, 5 min from Crystal City, 40 min from Eagle Pass (Lucky Eagle Casino).

Arroyo Studio

Located in the old downtown area of Castroville, at the corner of Lisbon and Naples Street, this studio guesthouse was once the kitchen area of the Schmidt House which was built in 1870 according to the Texas Historical Survey Committee. The original home sits on site but is inaccessible pending restoration efforts.
