Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hilton Head

We loved our stay and would gladly stay again! The house was in the perfect location, we enjoyed the walkability to so many shops and restaurants in Blufton. It was well-appointed with all of the basics (and more) you need for a comfortable stay.

We had a great time at Zach & Allison’s! This was our second time at Hilton Head and once again, we loved every bit of it! Condo was very clean, location was great, and host was always very attentive. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. Thanks to Patricia and Veronica for a memorable trip!

The house was just as promised, roomy, clean, close to the beach and a very relaxed vibe. We very much enjoyed it. Victor is an excellent host. Book with confidence.

We loved our stay at Marina's beach hut. We walked to the beach morning and evening and views on the beach were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. Had plenty of space for our family to either be together or spread out in the house space. House was well stocked with beach and home supplies. Loved having space for our car in the garage. Master bath shower was luxurious! Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Loved the keyless entry system!

This was an awesome stay ! Elizabeth was very responsive with questions and recommendations! She even provided my friend was flowers because we were there for her Bachelorette ! Will definitely be coming back.

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

While I’m not a fan of rolling bathroom doors that do not lock, that prevent 100% privacy,…this last minute rental was convenient, and it was nice to be one house away from easy access to the beach. Place was clean and did NOT reek of Fabuloso, which seems to be how many Airbnbs cover up actual cleanliness…47 Steps is CLEAN. Well stocked kitchen, very important! Not a whole lot of privacy once outside on deck but it still was nice to be able to view a bit of the ocean from up top. I’m sure the Firepit table is cool when in use, but for the deck space, I personally would prefer a lounger or two to catch some sun…all in all it was a neat little two story beach cottage for three nights of RnR after a work trip to Savannah. The beds layout might seem a bit odd downstairs but as a couple who doesn’t actually SLEEP together(SNORING ISSUES), we made it work. It was nice being close by during the night anyway. I’ll give 47 Steps 5 Stars regardless because well… it’s the Beach!

Such an amazing stay! Kristie is incredibly helpful and has a beautiful property. We loved the private balcony, it was perfect for pictures. It’s a great location from local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying here and we love it! It is perfect for a family of three (2 adults & 1 toddler). It is in a great location with lots to do in walking distance. Thanks for allowing others to enjoy your beautiful home.

Winnie’s Cottage was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The owner stocked the place with everything we could possibly need and then some. It was perfect for our weekend getaway and we would definitely return.

We loved our stay at Eric and Danielle’s place! Very clean and nicely set up for a couples retreat! Everything was perfect but if I had to choose one thing I wish the hot water in the shower was hotter. Thank you again for a great stay!

Our second time here, still our favorite Airbnb! We know the location and still find new restaurants to try, love the feel of the water, the quiet nights, and the privacy. Great host! The place is always clean. Easy to access, and makes useful equipment easy to locate. We will always push to come here!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We’ve been to Charleston and other places in the general low-country region, but never to HHI. The Spa was the perfect spot with serene scenery that included a private natural beach which we had never experienced. It was the most peaceful, quiet, and least crowded we have ever experienced at the beach. The location was close to everything and the condo was perfect. The price was reasonable compared to other locations and met our needs exceptionally well. It is clean and the host clearly takes pride in their property which is seen with how it is managed. Furthermore, the host is quick to respond when needed. Would stay again if and/or when back in the area.

Luis was very responsive and their place was exactly as described. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed.

This was a cute place in a beautiful development with nice amenities. The star of the show is the wildlife a short walk away. I got to see a bald eagle walking along the water one morning.

The condo was modern and very clean. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Balcony view was great for a morning cup of coffee. Lee was very responsive to all questions. We would stay with Lee in the future.

Jodi’s place was exactly as pictured and described in her listing! It was beautifully updated, comfortable, clean, accommodating, and COOL which was a must for dealing with the summer heat! Jodi was proactive in reaching out with detailed info prior to check in and during our stay to make sure we were satisfied, as well as quick to respond to questions. We appreciated her flexibility with our check in time when we had an unexpected change in plans. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but we took full advantage of her local restaurant recommendations. The beach chairs and wagon were a huge help for the walk to the beach/pool which was less than 10 minutes. It was helpful to know up front about the stairs to the unit, but not an issue for us. Definitely more challenging transporting luggage and beach gear on hot days, so plan accordingly. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay here again when we can return to HHI!

Julia’s condo was the perfect location for a short stay on Hilton Head Island. There was plenty of room for my small family and the location to the beach was great. Julia provides two beach chairs, some beach toys, umbrella and cooler. It was perfect for us as we did not bring our own beach gear. She was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to questions. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. Donna is an awesome host ! She is very thoughtful and kind and always makes sure everything is in top shape. This is our favorite HHI condo and our favorite host! Always a comfortable and wonderful experience! I’m an over packer but can relax and not pack as much for our trip because she has thought of everything! 10/10 will be back every year!!! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Hilton Head! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The condo itself was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated. It was clear that a lot of care went into making sure everything was clean and comfortable. The host was fantastic—she communicated quickly and provided us with all the information we needed, including recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. It made the whole experience so much smoother and stress-free. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in Hilton Head. We can’t wait to return!

This place is very well maintained, I feel very safe to stay there. Inside is very clean and homely. I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is: when we check out, the front desk girl has very unfriendly attitude and act like that she does not want to see me. After few minutes of putting up with this,I told her: “ can you be more pleasant?”. Then she said : “ I cannot hear you”. I do not understand why this is happening, maybe because I am Asian? All the guests in lobby having breakfast are white. My English is fluent and people have no trouble to understand me,FYI. The front desk girl who has bad attitude towards me is Mexican, maybe she does not like to see Asian? I really don’t understand, but I did not do anything wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. There is a man working on the raffle desk told me : “Welcome staying with us”. I said : “Thank you so much, you are very pleasant!”Then I told him what happened to me. Hopefully this will not happen to other people in future again!!!
