We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Exclusive and modern villa on perfect location for both city trips to Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague etc. as well as for excellent hiking and biking trips in the direct area with beautiful moorland, forest and lakes. The villa is also ideal to relax and offers: tv/lounge/dining area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms, fitness area, jacuzzi, sauna, sunbed etc. The spacious garden offers full privacy with several lounge terraces, hammock, terrace heater and BBQ.

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

Close to 2 stations in Hilversum, just 20 minutes away from Amsterdam and 30 minutes from Utrecht by train. On ground floor, complete with private bathroom & toilet, separate entry, washing machine, and a small pantry with electric kettle, fridge, coffee maker, sandwich maker and a microwave. The guest house has NO kitchen and NO breakfast. The supermarkets, restaurants, city center, bus station, and train stations are within short walking distance. There is NO FREE PARKING nearby.

Semi-detached apartment for two plus child and pet for a fee of 30Euros short stay and 20 per month long stay. Private entrance, bedroom with double bed max 180kg; TV, shower room with washer, dryer, separate toilet and kitchen/dining room with work space. Child's camping cot available. Private parking, small garden with table and chairs. Combi Oven, Induction hot plate, fridge, cutlery, plates, pots, towels, linen, etc, provided + welcoming package. Ideal for 2-3months stay.

Beautiful cottage in the centre of Laren

Superb thatched guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just 20-25 minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and in the heart of 'Het Gooi' within walking distance of the center of Laren. The guesthouse has a spacious living /dining room downstairs, a kitchen and a study room. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The guesthouse has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas and a barbecue.

Our newly renovated studio (45m2) is located between Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort. Hilversum, in the top 10 of best inner cities, offers plenty to do. A perfect place to visit the surrounding cities. Combined with the ambiance, tranquility and beautiful nature that the Gooi has to offer. The studio is located in the historic "Old Harbour" surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings by the famous architect Dudok.

No additional costs for cleaning, bed linen, towels, etc. Spacious studio with fully equipped kitchen. Double king size electric box spring (not yet in photo), bunk bed and spacious sofa to rest on after your trip or to sleep on. 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Schiphol 30 minutes. 55 inch TV with Netflix, Disney plus, TED TV, etc. (not yet in the photos.)

Located on the border between Loosdrecht and Hilversum you get to enjoy a lovely cabin in the green foresty area. the place is perfect for a family holiday, a couple's romantic getaway or a friends weekend in nature. The house is designed perfectly with big windows that brings all the green feeling inside and allow you to enjoy and relax in nature.
