Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Himalayas

I loved every last moment of my 55 days at Abhaya’s home. A very short walk to many shops and restaurants, but on a sweet back road with a slower pace. The apartment felt warm, comfortable, and private - but with the timely care of a wonderful and friendly family. Everything was available and managed incredibly well. More than just thankful for the experience, I was touched that a family had such time and guidance for someone such as myself - who just happened to make this booking on AirBnb. Thank you so much for everything! For sure I hope to consider this my home base in the future while in Kathmandu, and I do hope to make it back very soon.

It is as good as it gets in Delhi!

I stayed with my family. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. The host was responsive and proactive, I booked last minute and they arranged an early check-in. We had a comfortable stay and everything was available at the property. Rahul made sure all of our needs are catered. And I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family as well.

One of the BEST places that one could rent out in central Delhi. The host was pro-active in the responses throughout my stay & I had no issues with regards to anything. Not to forget the bedrooms & washrooms were super clean. The kitchen also had all the amenities that were mentioned while doing the booking. A big big thumbs up from my side for anyone who wants to book this place when in Central Delhi.

Location was easy to find, care taker Mr. Giri was so helpful and made tea n maggi for us.

once we found the place it was the perfect location to explore the Thamel neighborhood in Kathmandu! Best touch was the filtered water so we did not have to keep buying plastic bottles - very eco-friendly.

Sachin is an excellent host. During the 2 months we stayed here we were never concerned that he wasn’t always attentive and available if needed. The apartment is modern and well appointed, especially compared to other places we’ve staying in Nepal. The entrance is down an alley that provides some separation from the busy streets nearby. It’s very close to Patan Durbar Square so a lot to see in and around the area. It’s a much more authentic stay that Thamel. We highly recommend.

the Property is very easily accesible , Right at the road. Property had 2 sided expansive views including the view of Snowy peaks The common sitting area is well maintaned , cozy and clean. Food was alright. Nothing to complaint much about. Few dishes were prepared very well while few were okaish. There are roadside shops as well for for simple snacks and tea. Host was very supportive and proactive person. We had absolutely no problems. Also used a small portable projecter to watch a movie at night.

Comfortable place with very friendly people and really good food, very much enjoyed the dal, very tasty. Prashant was always available for questions and responded very quickly to all messages. Thanks again for everything!

This is our second stay at Vishal's place and I must stay it is now on my list of top places to go back to. The surroundings are pristine and peaceful. Really a mix of all good things coming together - the mountain range clearly visible from our balcony itself, the clean and beautiful riverside just behind the house and the lush green valleys and farms all around. It feels like a piece of heaven Vishal's parents live downstairs and are friendly and helpful. Make you feel independent but also helped at the same time. The villagers are also very friendly. Overall a hidden gem that you must visit if you are looking for a slice of peace.

Arun has excellent communication skills. Arun is very professional with his guests. He explained everything to me after I reached his location. Arun is a retired air force personnel(not sure about his post). We had a great conversation about his work. He is also an artist. He has made wonderful paintings. There was construction work going on which blocked the path to the homestay. Arun picked up my suitcase till the apartment. Arun was extremely helpful and courteous. He made sponge Dosas for me which was very tasty. The bedroom was spacious. The kitchen had all amenities. Arun had also kept eggs, butter etc. for the guests in the fridge. I also liked the terrace of the homestay. Lots of beautiful plants, and enough space to dry your washed clothes. Amazing view from terrace. All in all, it was a beautiful experience. I wish to stay here longer when I come next time.

We had a fabulous stay at Yeshey's place. The room was very clean and Yeshey was very attentive in making sure everything was just right. She is a wonderful cook; breakfast were delicious and I would strongly recommend anyone staying with her to have their evening meal in the house as well. Yeshey and Shankar are a delightful couple: easy to engage in conversation, and full of helpful suggestions about things to do in and around Gangtok, as well as places to eat. They also gave us a lot of detailed information about how to get around Gangtok, and also sorted out a day trip for us. I will be recommending Yeshey's place to anyone I know who is going to spend some time in Gangtok

We are so lucky to be there first guest, it was such a nice stay and unforgettable memory. We became family after stay there, we will even go back to India beyond them!

We felt very welcome at Sunil’s place. We were in the house of the family but had our private room and bathroom. They are very open to help and chat, and prepare meals when we wanted to eat there, and at the same time we felt totally free to go out and come in, or just watch a movie in our room at night. Sunil and his family are definitely examples of the reknowned Nepalese hospitality and friendliness! I highly recommend to stay over at Sunil’s place!

The stay was comfortable and peaceful. Mr. Jasbir was very responsive and just one call/text away for any requirement. The place was clean and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Rakesh is incredibly supportive and attentive. He kindly showed me around the city and the local market, making me feel welcome from the start. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and peaceful, with quick responses from the host. It’s also conveniently located close to the metro station. Moreover, Rakesh treated me like family. I highly recommend this flat!
