The river accessed by a short but steep hike. There is a small dam with pontoon and large picnic/braai area. Ideally for a family but able to accommodate 4 adults. Fabulous bird life and open spaces.

Wow, wow, wow, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you Ashley and Barry. We experienced a very warm welcome. The location is fantastic, approximately 25km to the Sani Pass. The house has everything travellers requires. The quality of the house and contents was impeccable. Excellent facilities, braai area, fireplace and boma. We are already considering returning. The place was all that and more from the time we checked in till we left. Browne was amazing as well and ever ready to assist with whatever we needed. This was definitely a piece of paradise and will be definitely coming back for a longer stay in this beautiful home.

We had an amazing stay here. The location is sublime with so much to do and enjoy on the property alone - beautiful walks and hikes, a playground for the kids, two large fire pits to relax around and enjoy the views, a dedicated games/entertainment building, and a picturesque river with the biggest, most beautiful berg pool we have ever seen (close to 100m long!). The home itself was amazing with everything you could need. The check-in and checkout were easy with the hosts being very responsive. William, the groundskeeper, was also very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. We'll definitely be back!
