Family-friendly holiday rentals in Hirafu

The house was beautiful and really well kept. We were close to Anapuri and Niseko so lots of skiing options and several places to eat nearby. We'd come back for sure

An excellent host and a lovely stay.

This was my most favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The private onsen after skiing was a HUGE plus to this stay and now life will never be the same for me until I get my own onsen someday. The Airbnb itself had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful. I’d love to stay here again someday.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of the mountain scenery, really spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful time! A car is a must if you want to enjoy the surroundings fully.

Fantastic place and would 100% go back!! About 10 min walk to the town, but there’s other restaurants and things within 5 mins walking. Comes with a car so you don’t need to even take the shuttle busses and can drive yourself to the slopes! Only downside was that the hot tub does not add any chlorine, so it started to have a smell - they were great about changing the water daily for us instead on request.

Superb stay can’t wait to book again in the future! Thank you for making our Niseko stay extra special!

It was a beautiful, well equipped, and nice building

Awesome place to stay for a group ski trip! The house is way bigger than we expected with plenty of space to sleep 7 people in individual beds. Very clean and very responsive host. Would come back to stay again!! Be aware there is an additional tax required prior to checkout that isn’t included in the price.

Wonderful and beautiful accommodation in a great place to see Mt. Yotei. There is also a Seicomart nearby within walking distance, making it ideal for 2 or 3 nights with more than 3 people.Which is reasonable.

Home is very spacious, warm, and comfortable. Free Niseko bus shuttle, Red Line, stops at Aspenwood #3, which is only a 2 minute walk from the home. From there it’s only 5-10 minutes to the Niseko Welcome Center and then to King Gondola at Grand Hirafu Resort.

This Airbnb didn’t match its description… it was EVEN BETTER! From the listing I had no idea it would be so bouji. We walked into a newly build 3 story house with a garage with racks for skis and snowboards, heated gear/mudroom for drying ski clothes, then went to the 2nd story which also had a mudroom entrance, a HUGE master bedroom which took up most of the 2nd floor with its own private bathroom and a 2nd bedroom and bathroom on this floor. Then the 3rd floor had an awesome game room, beautiful living room and kitchen with every amenity you could need, 2 more bedrooms, and a toilet. It was very private with great views of Mt Yotei and Niseko United. The snow clearing is useful and efficient as they plow the driveway and shovel the front steps. This place really had it all and the hosts thought of everything. It’s amazing value for what you are getting and we easily fit 5 people with ample room. If I find myself in Niseko again I will absolutely be staying here.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Elite Havens made our stay even better with the consistent responsiveness and preparing daily shuttles for us. It made not having a car super easy! The accommodations were also perfect for us. The space was so clean and very roomy. We utilized the large television quite a bit.

The accommodation was fantastic—everything was spotless and so well-maintained. The location was perfect for what I was looking for, making everything incredibly. Very prompt responses and helpfulness throughout my stay. It made everything so much smoother!

We had 5 fabulous nights in February. We were pleasantly surprised by Elite Haven’s PRIVATE shuttle to/from the mountain (be sure to reserve in advance) and the mid-stay linen swap and house tidy. The staff was extremely helpful with booking our transit from the airport to the home.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Grand Hirafu! The location is perfect—right in the middle of town with great restaurants just a short walk away. There’s also a supermarket just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, making it super convenient. For skiing, the big ski lift is only about 10-15 minutes away, and there are plenty of ski rental shops nearby. The property also offers a shuttle bus service from the welcome center, which made getting there seamless. They even provide a ski rack, which is really useful for storing gear. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortably fits up to 6 people, making it a great choice for groups or families. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. A great bonus is that they provide free water, coffee, and tea at the reception area, which you can grab every day—a really nice touch! Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Grand Hirafu 😊

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Hirafu. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were terrific, the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. We sure appreciated the welcome gift of eggs, milk, bread etc. we loved the location as it was quiet but within close walking distance of restaurants and bars. The view of Mt Yotei from all the windows was spectacular. The staff was great and the rides in the am to the gondola were so helpful. Thank you Elite Havens!

These modest cabins are perfect for those of us interested in sleeping, waking up and going to ride the snow at Niseko. Kitchenette is perfect for making breakfast or whatever meals you like. Clothes washer is a nice bonus. Bathroom is well laid out. Bed was comfortable with good bedding and pillows. Parking out front, boot room and living room provide spaces to settle in and prepare in mornings for a day on the slopes. Warm and hot water on demand helps keep things cozy.
