The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Barn Cottage on the edge of Milton Country Park

A delightful & characterful detached self catering cottage in a country setting, on the edge of Milton Country Park with a king sized bed. Placed on a no through road directly leading to the river tow path into the city making it perfect for cyclists. We are on the door step for Cambridge city, Science & Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, Milton Country Park & walks along the River Cam. Free parking. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided. We are unable to accept children or animals.

We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. (every ten minutes)

Our newly built 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Ferncroft garden studio

A home away from home at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one-bedroom ensuite bedsit in the village of Histon is just 4 miles north of Cambridge City Centre and the Cambridge Science Park on Milton Road. It has a kitchenette fitted with an air fryer, a microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator and a washing machine in the bathroom. It has a dining table/ working top. The garden studio has a bed for two and a wardrobe. There is free parking and a separate side entrance.

Annexe No 9 is a bright, modern and very well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Close to the centre of Cambridge, The Annexe is ideally suited for short or longer term stays, for both leisure and business traveller. Superbly equipped, with free private parking and a private garden with lawn and patio, this apartment will be a very comfortable choice. Only three miles from the historic town centre, Annexe No 9 is ideally placed for both work and tourism.

Tiny thatched cottage in idyllic village

A tiny, quaint, timber framed, thatched building in the owner's front garden, offering a romantic stay with complete privacy for two people. King size bed plus en-suite shower and toilet, TV, microwave, mini fridge with breakfast, tea, coffee and free Wi-Fi. It is an incredibly peaceful place to stay -fall asleep to the hoot of owls and be woken by bird song. It’s located in the quintessentially English village of Elsworth, 8 miles from Cambridge.

Private bathroom, kitchen & bedroom +2bicycles

You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s.

'The Hideaway' - Cosy, modern annexe

The Hideaway is a clean, comfortable and cosy annexe, with private entrance. It includes a fridge, microwave and toaster, as well as tea and coffee making facilities for your convenience. The property is excellently placed for easy access to the A14, and is only 150m from the guided busway to Cambridge city centre.

The Burrow

A tiny but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.

A cosy, central base in Histon, next to Cambridge

This is a great place to visit Cambridge , just a few miles away, in a quiet spot , with sole use, off road parking, in a village with many amenities nearby. However ,it is essential you contact us first if you are wanting to bring more than 2 people , or stay longer than 3 months, as we can offer some flexibility on this, but only by consultation, instant booking only applies to one or 2 guests for up to 90 days.Thanks
