Lauren was a fabulous host, nothing was too much trouble. My request for a birthday cake for one of our party was met with "I can arrange that for you and would you like candles and balloon decorations too." I got the brownie points but Lauren did all the work. The accommodation was beautiful on arrival and it bought on some very happy birthday tears. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard throughout, and it comes with a nice little private garden. The site is wonderful and has everything you could need, from a good breakfast to some lovely walks around fishing lakes. My girls had a wonderful long weekend at Laurens accommodation and,although not home yet, are already planning a return trip. Thanks again Lauren... 5*.

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

We had 2 nights at Kristians house Was perfect location for us as we were spending our time in London Close to train station Plenty of places to eat Lovely quiet location, the house was beautiful with so much space Would highly recommend and book myself again

Lovely home, felt very comfortable there- we had 4 children between 4 adults, and it felt like a lived in house- therefore we were not panicked about the children just being children!! The pool was a lovely temperature and our children enjoyed it thoroughly. House nice and warm, kitchen and lounge area which overlooks the swimming pool were a real hub of the home- a very nice space. All in all a great find for when we need to be in Hertfordshire! We would stay again.

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Celesta has been a great host from first booking 8 months before, communicating through out answering any questions, helpful advice and letting me know when issues arose - and going above and beyond to have everything sorted for our arrival. Lovely stay had everything we needed, perfect location, train station walkable straight into the city within 10 minutes.

We have just spent a long weekend at Ashmi's lovely house with our children, their partners and our grandchildren. The house was well equipped for all our needs and the welcome pack was well received. We loved the hot tub which we used several times during our stay. We spent a day at Duxford Airfield which is literally 10 mins down the road. If I had to say anything that could be improved it would be that maybe a few more pillows could be provided as some of the group struggled with just one pillow each, but it certainly didn't affect our enjoyment. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a large house to spend time with either family or friends.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse. It was bigger than we expected from the photos and very comfortable. Inside had everything we needed (and more!) including toys and games for the little ones and the gardens were just beautiful. We had lots of fun on the tennis courts! Lots in the area for young families. Hosts were very responsive whenever we had queries. Would recommend and would very happily stay again.

I had a wonderful stay. I was born and bred in Ampthill and I needed a place to stay so that I could visit my family. This was absolutely perfect and Mark and Nicole were wonderful hosts. I was made to feel very welcome, and having Mark and Nicole living right next door was very helpful. It was very nice to get to know them and they were always willing to help if I needed anything. (Which I didn’t because they had already thought of EVERYTHING). The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The house is in a perfect location, short walking distance away from the town, but far enough away from being in the hustle and bustle of the busy town centre. I would absolutely like to stay here again the next time I visit my family.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, everything worked smoothly, and there were no issues at all. The space was immaculate and welcoming, just as described, and we loved how comfortable and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Communication with the host was great, with quick responses and clear instructions. You can even message the lovely owner personally who accommodated a late check out for us. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, close to key tring (5 min drive) yet delightfully peaceful for a relaxing getaway. From the cleanliness to the seamless check-in, every detail was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay in Hastoe. We’d love to come back!

This is our third stay, as we won’t stay anywhere else! Beautiful roomy immaculately presented house in impeccable stunning grounds. Stephanie is the most conscientious and considerate host who goes above and beyond. The proximity to central London and ease of driving there is a mere 25 minutes to Baker Street. By far, all round, the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

The area was cosy, super easy to get around. Everything you needed was within a short walk. If you’re flying in from Gatwick the train goes from the airport right to the BnB which was amazing for arriving and leaving.

We stayed prior to a flight early the next morning. The property was ideal for us as a family. It was great that our son had his own room. Really well renovated and very clean. Marlon was a very friendly and helpful host. The property is well equipped, from the kitchen to bed linen and various amenities. It was also great access to the airport and made an early morning flight very easy.

My family and I had a wonderful time, the house was spotless and just as advertised. We appreciated the little welcoming touches and having a back garden to chill in. Michael was very responsive and we felt right at home.

Amazing house. One of the highest-spec and best-equipped Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Hosts really responsive to communication before and during our stay. Easy to check-in and out, space for parking. Comfy beds and pillows, lots of seating. Felt special but also homely. Peaceful countryside surrounding the house and wrap-around garden (and we timed it perfectly for the weather!). Was the perfect choice for my mum's 70th birthday. Thank you so much!

Nigel was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but still just a quick and easy train ride into London. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the warm hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The Tower is a truly amazing space — every bit as fabulous as it appears in the photos. The height and panoramic views are something that must be experienced in person. Even the showers and bath offer spectacular views if you choose to open the blinds at the right moment. The smart home features were a standout — asking Siri to lower all the blinds or play music throughout the space was very cool and the projector was a perfect fit for the room; it created a cinematic experience that a traditional TV couldn’t match. We have been on airbnb a long time and have not stayed any where that is as well equipped. Matt was a wonderful host — he provided plenty of helpful information before our stay, met us upon arrival, gave us a thorough tour and we got a nice lowdown on the history of the tower and the conversion process. Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely, clean, well-appointed cottage in the heart of the countryside, with excellent access to shops and amenities. There was ample space for us - 4 adults and 3 children - and Rebecca was very helpful and polite, both before and during our stay, even when we inadvertently turned the wi-fi off! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage for a stay in the area.

We had a great 4 Nights at the Folly’s. Such a lovely place to stay, we travelled down the west side of London with ease, visited Windsor & Henley on Thames. The kitchen is stunning with views of the garden!! Wait until you see the utility room, when you find it !!! My favourite place!! Bedrooms and showers were great, upstairs has a lovely view when you wake up in the morning. Parking outside the property for a couple of large cars. Would definitely recommend saying at Andrea’s property.

The place was beautiful. It was so calm, relaxing, and spacious. Konny was also super responsive, patient, and friendly in answering all our questions and accommodating our requests. Wished we stayed longer!
