Urban Flat by Skyline Homestays was a very nice place to stay especially if you are coming with family. The place is very clean, well maintained and peaceful. At walkable distance from the main road, but a very private place. Supermarket and other shops available nearby. The house has everything you need to stay for a week or two including fridge, washing machine, iron box, kitchen appliances etc. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful stay during your Hyderabad visit.

Mr Syed was great as a host, supportive, responsive and helpful. Place is so nice, quiet and lively. No issues faced. everything was a step ahead as described. Fully satisfied with the listing.

We had a great stay at the villa! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was perfect for our group, with enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was peaceful and easy to reach. The host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay – always available for any questions and made sure we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this villa for a weekend getaway or group stay!

I had an amazing experience at this beautiful homestay . The interior design was superb, with thoughtfully constructed spaces and top-notch amenities. The furniture was of excellent quality, and the overall atmosphere inside the flat was incredibly positive and inviting. Everything felt perfect and well maintained, making it a truly enjoyable stay. I had an incredible stay at this property. The place was clean, stylish and had everything needed for a comfortable visit . What made it even more special were the society amenities ( pool and gym) and complementary fruit basket from Host.The beautiful lawn terrace was the perfect spot to relax and unwind..The host was welcoming responsive , making sure everything was just right .. It was great experience, flat was nice with the view from balcony and the society was well maintained and early morning walk in society was memorable. Easy to checkin with parking. so many dishes stove and needy groceries available.

Really comfortable felt lik home ..host was super super responsive and friendly better than staying in any five star hotel. Excellent place.

House was easy to identify. It is exactly opposite to the Ankura Women and Children Hospital though you have to take a u-turn if you are in a vehicle. Inside the house you wouldn't feel the rush and noise from the highway. There are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby but the traffic makes the journey long. House was clean and had the essentials. The manager, Mr Mushtaq, was responsive and didn't intrude into our privacy. He also agreed to an early check in. Must visit place: Al wadi restaurant and Shah Ghouse Final Verdict: We will certainly choose it again in our next visit.

My family had a fantastic stay at this place. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities provided made the stay feel just like home. A special shoutout to host Sujith, who was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout the stay.
