Welcome to our beautiful and well-equipped house on the coast of Central Norway. This idyllic property is perfect for up to eight guests who want to relax in quiet and rural surroundings. Lesund is located in Aure municipality which is well known for its nice archipelago and nice mountains with many marked hiking trails Nearby there is a coastal fort from the Second World War that has nice hiking trails, barbecue areas and a small zipline for children and young people. Lesund is located approximately halfway between Kristiansund and Trondheim with 2h each way.

Moderne møblert enebolig/hytte i 3 etasjer liggende ved sjøen/havet. Sjøutsikt fra stuen, fjellutsikt til fjellet Knubben og Jørgenvåghalsen. Fin start på fjordruta fra boligen. Boligen har både Canal Digital parabol og RiksTV både i stue og kjøkken. Peisovn på stue/kjøkken. Varmepumpe på stue, varmekabler i gulv bad, entre/gang og kjellerstue/gang/vaskerom. Det er både kullgrill og gass grill på balkong/terrasse. Det er 5-6 sykler for voksne og sykler for barn i uthuset. Robåt oppe ved vann.

Enjoy the wonderful coastal landscape all around while taking a dip in the bubbling, warm water! The house is located by the sea and in front there is a private, child-friendly beach. It can also be bathed from the jetty at the marina.

Her kan du nyte stillheten og slappe av sammen med hele familien. Alt på et plan! Nydelig utsikt, nær sjøen og badestrand. Frøya byr på mange turmuligheter. Fiske i både ferskvann og sjø. Det ligger en nydelig badestrand i Aunvågen ca 300m fra hytta. Vi har en 15 fot båt liggende i en båthavn 1km fra hytta som å kan benyttes, inkludert. Må være båt vante/båtførerbevis. Husk sengetøy og håndklær. Dere må selv rydde og vaske hytta etter bruk. Tenk på de som kommer etter dere.

Trivelig hus med fantastisk utsikt utover Dolmsundet! Sentralt plassert midt i mellom Hitra og Frøya ca 14 minutter kjøretid til sentrum på begge øyene. Huset ligger på et rolig gårdstun med tilgang til naust og proff 20 fots alu båt med 60hk, ekkolodd og kartplotter for fiske etc. Båten kan leies for kr 1200.- døgnet. Eier med familie bor på samme gårdstun og er erfaren utleier gjennom mange år. Det er også tilgang til flere ferskvann med øretfiske å strand.
