It was really beautiful. The house, the furnishings and the surroundings are very tasteful and convey a real holiday feeling. Everything is created and furnished with a lot of love. Really great. There is a public transport connection and by car you can be in the center of Hamburg in 20 minutes. Holger has valuable tips and tricks for all projects. We were absolutely thrilled and would gladly recommend this accommodation

We booked very short notice, then Holger contacted us immediately and was very quick on site when we arrived. Check-in was straightforward. We got all the important information about the area. We stayed in an apartment in the attic, which was well equipped and clean. However, access was only possible through the apartment in the basement, which is a bit peculiar. The area is very quiet (rural), as there are no restaurants or cafes nearby, you are dependent on self-catering. Since we were traveling by bike and had no food with us, the place was not so optimal for us. The nearest supermarkets are 5 km away. Fresh seasonal vegetables are available directly from Holger. Nice place for self-catering with small restrictions.

Super nice host, great location and also easily accessible by public transport. The bus stops practically at the door and runs 24 hours a day.

It was a super uncomplicated communication. The house was the same as in the pictures and in a great condition with great furnishings and a super nice garden. The highlight is the hot tub. It was a real stroke of luck .

Vivien was just great, extremely friendly and straightforward. Communication was also very good. The villa has everything you need, and you feel right at home. I'd love to come back.

There were eight of us and we enjoyed the stay extremely. The location of the house is simply wonderful and the area a dream! The kitchen is super equipped and if we had a question or needed something, we were always helped super fast. Clear 10/10. We will definitely come back!

The apartment matched the pictures. Clean and tidy. My dog and I felt very comfortable. Susan is very welcoming and helpful. A small mishap before my departure was fixed thanks to the help of the nice people who live in the house. And that was even though it was a Sunday. We'll definitely be back.😊

We were 3 families with children and dog at Simon's house and felt very comfortable for the 2nd time this year. The house is really in top condition, has everything you need and more: we could grill, bake, cook, chill in the garden, go for a walk, etc. The nature and the relaxed environment there have enchanted us permanently and both the adults and the children definitely want to vacation there again. We had a relaxing time in this lovingly furnished accommodation. The cottage has a sweet flair and something very delicate. Everything was clean, very tidy and a few nice details. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable. The location directly on the edge of the forest is fantastic - waking up in the morning with a variety of birdsong and walks in nature right on the doorstep. We unexpectedly came to rest quickly. Exactly what we were looking for to unplug. A big thank you to our hostess, who shared this peaceful idyll with us. She was very friendly, attentive and warm – we felt very welcome.

We stayed with our two girls in the apartment of Mieke for six days. The house is quiet and you can walk from there. The children enjoyed the garden and the animals. The apartment is well and conveniently equipped. From the stop "Mittlerer Landweg" (a few minutes by car; Park & Ride day ticket: 2€) you can get to the city and all kinds of Hamburg sights quickly with the S2. Overall, as a family, we really enjoyed this mix of peace and action in the city.

The apartment was equipped as described and clean. Check-in via key box (1 key) was simple and hassle-free, the host responded to messages at short notice and friendly. With two spacious rooms incl. Kitchenette and small bathroom - but of course without hotel services such as gastronomy or daily cleaning - the property is particularly suitable for self-catering for longer stays. The furniture was easy as expected, on the walls and ceilings you can see retrofitted cable ducts. You could call it modern, or "cost-optimized". Two supermarkets and bus stops are within walking distance, U1 and U3 station with surrounding gastronomy are a short walk or a bus stop. As reported by others, there is a rooster in the neighborhood, but I could hardly hear it from this room with windows on the back of the building.

Our trip to Hankensbüttel was simply amazing! The surroundings were beautiful and there was so much to discover - from idyllic nature to exciting leisure activities. We were particularly impressed by the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly hospitality on site. Everything was well organized, and we felt completely comfortable. Definitely a place you'd like to visit again – we'd definitely book there again!

The check-in worked wonderfully without problems, the sauna was fabulous as well as the pool. quiet environment Parking in front of the property wonderful, restaurant just around the corner not far into the city. We felt super comfortable and would definitely use it again and recommend it to others.

There were three of us (3 adults) for a week for vacation there. The apartment is very nice and clean, practically furnished. The display's description is correct. We felt very comfortable. It's even more pleasant than the pictures suggested. We slept very well in the beds (we are slim to normal weight), the bathroom is practical and pretty, the dining area with kitchen is equipped with more than what is necessary. In case something is missing, we helped immediately (but was not necessary). You can tell that the landlords want to make it pleasant for the guests. The entire house and apartment were 1A clean. Nothing is broken or low in age, everything is in perfect shape and lovingly furnished. The surrounding area is totally awesome for recreation, sightseeing, etc. Lakes, forests, biking trails, small places and even the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Adjacent to the house are geese and chickens, which are also hospitable ;-) only make their noises from 9 a.m. - which we enjoyed! We felt completely comfortable. It was one of our most beautiful holidays in a long time, and we will be happy to come back.

Very nice house in German village. Not far from Lubeck and Hamburg. Good place to stay here and visiting closing cities and Baltic sea. Owners was very helpful! Everything was nice. We will come back in the future!

The navigation system initially led us to a wrong house as "destination reached". That was a big shock. We were all the more enthusiastic when we arrived at the right house. The house is nestled in a beautiful front garden, behind it a wonderful large meadow, many cozy seating areas. And then, of course, the swimming pond. A dream. The house is beautifully decorated and you immediately feel comfortable. With the dogs, there were many beautiful opportunities to walk directly from the house. Everything was perfect.
