Beautiful little typical chalet with local decoration, trolls of all kinds. A magnificent view of the fjord from the bedroom balcony. Everything you need to cook. A lovely place to recommend.

Everything was very good large house in a very good location, very good welcome. I recommend it.

Feeling like home as soon as you open the main door, that is the feeling we had the very first moment we stepped in. Very clean, cozy and decorated with absolute taste. It is one of the most equipped places I have ever been... there is everything you can imagine and that you might need. And everything is perfectly organized and clean that it makes it easy to use and put it back where it belongs. 10 minutes drive from the house you have a 24/7 small super market open where you can get anything you need. The house deserves the absolutely maximum possible star rating and so does the host. Smart advice: do follow the instructions of the host to find it... google maps does not help. A large and cozy house with all the amenities needed for longer stays. A nice place to work remotely. The area is beautiful and from the house you have a beautiful view. Despite a lot of rain during our stay, we enjoyed the mountains, the house and the cider. The contact with Borgny went very smoothly. We were warmly welcomed and were even invited to go fishing with them. All in all, had a very good stay here!

A fantastic property, exactly as described, with all needs taken care of. All major attractions within a 30 minute drivable distance and a grocery store that sells practically everything literally at your doorstep We really should have planned to stay for longer than 2 days.

True to the photos, my son and I had a wonderful stay. The view from the terrace overlooks the fjords SYLVIE HELEN's husband is always welcoming, available and even printed out activities for us to do. The gentleman offered to take us back to the central station for our departure, letting us choose our schedule. I recommend this location and its owners 10/10. Thank you very much, sir.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The host truly thought of everything to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. There were plenty of towels provided, a lovely welcome basket to greet us, and thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. The outdoor gas fireplace was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings, and the jacuzzi was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a great way to unwind. We were especially impressed by the charging station for our electric car, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and WOW what an amazing place. The views from the cabin are insane, we were snowed in for a few days but the cabin was the perfect place for a few slow days! Ellen-Kristine and Bjørn we're really helpful and quick to respond when we had any questions. They even got a friendly neighbour to check we were ok when the unexpected snow arrived! For outdoor activities the location is perfect, Stranda itself is very quiet, it's a fairly long drive (40mins) for any nice restaurants, but that was fine with us!

We had such a wonderful time at this cabin! It was perfect for our small group of friends. We really enjoyed the breathtaking view while preparing meals in the kitchen, grilling in the gazebo, and relaxing in the hot tub. Hanne and Ole were very hospitable and the communication was excellent before during and after our stay. We hope to all visit again soon!

We slept over one night on a bike tour in Sunnmøre. Great cabin with everything we needed.

Jan-Oskar welcomed us very well to his mountain chalet. The place is ideal for exploring the area and enjoying the activities of the area (hiking, skiing, etc.). The chalet is large and modern. We had a fantastic stay at Oddvar’s beautiful cabin; it had everything we needed and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. The views from the hot tub and garden are incredible and very peaceful/private. The cabin was clean, tidy and felt very homely. We would certainly come back and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the local area, or explore further afield from such a lovely base home. Oddvar is a great host, good communication, responsive and friendly. 10/10 🙌🏻 Thank you!
