Michelle's place was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. The photos don't do the house justice it's more beautiful than the photos depict. We brought along our pet dog and she had a great time exploring the secure yard and sitting by the fire. I would definitely boom the house again if I was staying in or near Somers.

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

This house is amazing. Lots of space, clean and in a quiet suburb. So if you want to just relax and chill out and get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect house. It's close to everything on the island, a short drive into Cowes and San Remo for shops. We totally enjoyed our stay. Peter is a great host and quick to respond to any questions you might have. A great beach house where you can relax with your dog . Barry has provided everything you could need for a comfortable stay at this price point. We stayed with friends ( 3 couples)and everyone was happy even though it rained most of the weekend.

My friends and I had a fantastic one-night stay at this Airbnb on Philip Island. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with, making our check-in and stay completely seamless. We were really impressed with the house's size with many bedrooms. The whole house felt wonderfully cozy and inviting, making us feel right at home.

My children and grandchildren stayed in this homely property with us for the weekend. The location and house was absolutely perfect and Richard was extremely kind as we hired the house for a specific purpose. The view from the property is stunning, which is hard to see just how fabulous it is from the photos. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. Jim and Louisa’s pod is a perfect private Haven, walking disrance to the beach, beautiful garden for a little dog to run out at the front, and the pod had all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot spa at night looking at the stars is a must. Definitely recommend!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ems. Fab home, and we had a card waiting for us with lots of other lovely treats! Brekky, bread, wine. The best bit is the outdoor bath and the view from the little terrace. Em was lovely and very responsive. Thanks for making our anniversary special!

We couldn’t fault this place. Everything about it was perfect! My family had such a wonderful and relaxing time. Plenty to do here. They’ve thought of everything! Accommodated everyone comfortably and catered to everyone’s needs. Beds were clean and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen, outdoor dining, outdoor gaming room, swimming pool, bbq area, walking track just out the back, minute’s from the beach and I could go on…. Lol. It has everything you would need for a great time away. Kim and the team were a great help whenever we needed something, they were very responsive. Responded straight away. Definitely would visit here again! ❤️

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

Perfectly located studio for a peaceful dog friendly getaway. The studio is attached to the main house but felt completely private. Very clean, spacious with good amenities. So close to beach and gorgeous walking tracks through a beautifully tree lined neighbourhood. Extra thanks to David and Janette for help with a car hiccup. Highly recommend.

Excellent home suitable for a later groups. New property so it’s very clean and all amenities are new and easy to use. Lots to outdoor space, close proximity to the beach and very quiet.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. This is a beautiful rustic authentic place to stay, lovingly preserved and restored, in glorious surroundings.

This is a great, spacious and modern place to spend many many days. All you may need are already thought of and available in place. Just 8 minutes from all markets, and very quiet place. Lots of options for games, including a full size table tennis. All things considered, we had a great time and Yale's place is built so as to create great family memories! Thanks Yale!

Every now and again, you book an Airbnb that makes you realise it is such an amazing platform to explore corners of Australia and meet actual owners of lovely homes - that was this place. Sam and Shane were so welcoming, allowing us to arrive early and leave late which really really helped with our 10 month old bub who has a very specific nap schedule, and make the most of our short weekend away. They even had small gifts for the 3 girls in our entourage and a gift basket of goodies for the adults - we were blown away and so touched. The house is very cute, the beds were comfortable and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. We didn't end up using the fireplace even though we wanted to and Sam and Shane left us plenty of firewood (reason: tiny kids). The yard was perfect for our dogs - separated into a gated fenced area and a non-fenced area. It would be a beautiful space to hang out in during summer.
