The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. For who smoke, the house have 2 outside smoking area, one place right outside the maindoor on the ground floor and bigger one on the

Everything was great and perfect. As per what was on the listing and exactly the same as the pictures. Place was clean, toilet was clean and spacious as well, and the bed and pillow was also comfortable. Definitely a place to comeback to stay when visiting Ho Chi Minh and this listing is definitely worth the hype and all the good reviews. Host is also very helpful, friendly and responsive catering to all my needs during my stay here. Also, there is a common area for washing and drying for your laundry which was good for long term stay as well. Overall, definitely a bang for your buck!

I am from NYC on the other side of the world. I've been staying at various places on my trips to Vietnam. This place in Saigon is a great value for price, space, over look, comfort and location. The apt room is on a small narrow street all the way in the back. There are cafes, restaurants and spa on this road as well. Follow the photos they send you to find the apt. It's not the first name of the residence you see, but further inward. They have laundry and dryer machines on the common area downstairs. The bed is comfy, and place is maintained very well with good AC, lighting, natural light. Overall very safe place I'd stay here again next time. Thanks

The location of this homestay is perfect. It's just off the main street, so not too noisy, and yet it's very central. The room was comfortable and clean and there's loads of communal space and corners to chill and have a coffee. The staff are helpful and friendly. I would recommend 👌

Anna's place was great. Great location in the middle of everything you want to do in Ho Chi Minh. She had great recommendations... I had a sandwich I'll never forget. Everything you need is thought of beforehand. Lots of love in this place from the decorations to all the helpful tips and arrangements she makes for you. Was a wonderful stay. Anna was super helpful from start to finish. <3. One of the best Airbnb hosts I've experienced world wide. 1000% recommend staying with her.

Kevin place is of walkable distance to Ben Thant Market! Concealed in an alley but felt safe. Kevin is a responsive host!

The place is exactly as shown in the profile, the place is just of the main road therefore no traffic sounds at night. We stayed there for two nights we checked in early morning at 1:30 AM, Mr Dan helped us with our luggage. He was very cheerful and very attentive responded within few minutes .

Great spot to explore the city! The rooftop patio is a stand out feature , and was a great place to relax in the evening. Lam’s instructions were spot on, communication was instant and always helpful. If you are ok with stairs I would highly recommended!!

Fantastic stay at The Shades Homestay! The room was clean and spacious, with a good sized bathroom and the funiture was very comfortable. Located near a lot of restaurants and cafes in district 1. It was located down a couple of alleyways which meant we weren't disturbed by outside noise. We arrived late due to a flight delay but the host was very helpful in arranging our meet up with the building manager on arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Vi was super helpful with the check in process and even helped us find the place at night. it's a nice place in a saw location and very easy to get grab rides from there. The gym and pool were great too. would stay there again for sure.

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

An was an excellent host. Met all our expectations and the apartment had all the facilities and an beautiful view of the city especially during the night. Spotless and clean and I was here with my family. It’s just an awesome place and very well maintained and value for money. Will recommend anyone visiting Saigon to stay and will definitely stay here the next time I come. Thanks An for the wonderful experience. A ironing board and iron would have been useful
