Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Hoa Binh

Thao’s place is located right in the center of the old town. Everything is walkable. Host is very responsive and makes sure you are right at home. You can get all the necessities here and laundry is a big plus.

It was very close to Miding Street, and there were a variety of restaurants in the building, which was nice. Towels were provided in sufficient quantities, and the facilities were excellent. I was given friendly and detailed guidance, so there was no inconvenience at all.

Great place, the room was excellent and met my needs. Good communication from Xuan. Daily towels and light room clean which is a real added benefit. 24hr door man which was nice. I thought that it might be nice to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter but it was still busy and there is not too much around in terms of convenience so it meant a 25min walk or short grab motorbike to get anywhere. I recommend as the accomodation was awesome and well furnished but location is something to consider based on what you’re after & length of stay.

Quyên was the most lovely and helpful host. She helped us book a trip to Ninh Binh and also does halong bay bookings. She recommended loads of great food spots and was always so quick to respond to any messages. She also does airport pick up and drop off! Such a lovely woman and lovely family , would definitely stay again if we came back and I suggest you do to!

The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.

깔끔하게 정돈된 숙소는 마음을 편안하게 해주었습니다. 수건도 미리 넉넉하게 준비해주시고, 호스트가 매우 열심히 숙소를 준비해주셨습니다. 지난달에 Vinhomes Metropolis에도 숙박한적이 있었는데, Metropolis 는 안면인식 출입시스템이라 출입이 불편했었는데, skylake는 출입카드키를 두개나 챙겨주셔서 숙소 출입이 정말 편했습니다. 특히 발코니의 작은 의자와 테이블이 너무 좋았습니다. 손님에 대한 배려를 느낄수 있었습니다.

Tuan's place is the perfect spot for groups or families who want to explore hanoi. The place is a little off the main road which makes it a peaceful retreat after a whole day of fun. Everything, from food to shopping to convenience stores, is just around the corner. We especially liked having a bahn mi store just outside! The house has everything you need and more. The rooms are nice and clean and all the ACs and heaters are working. The wifi is fast so the kids really enjoyed the smart tv (and fridge!) in every room. The stairs may pose a challenge to older people with large luggage especially in the higher floors. Lastly, Tuan is the most accomodating and responsive host. When you enter the house, he has already prepared food guides and places to visit for his guests and we really appreciate that. He also made transactions easier (transport, tours) so we had a very comfortable and convenient stay in hanoi. Don't think twice about staying here. Highly recommended!

Huong's place is a definite go-to especially during the weekends. The night market is just directly outside the alleyway of her place. I recommend booking before Friday 6PM so as to avoid the traffic during check in. Most of the souvenir shops are nearby and even the famous Shark Jaw building. The place is clean and cozy - a one-bedroom apartment with 3 beds. The AC is cold and Netflix is available. Best option for big circle of friends or family. Huong was kind enough to wait for us to be checked in and guided us towards the place. She's very accommodating and responsive and has provided good recommendations around the place. So, if you want to experience the night market with less hassle, choose this place.

I usually don't write reviews but this one really deserves the review. Linh was such a sweet host we reached hanoi at 3 am she was super responsive and taxi was ready when we got out. The property is a very cozy sweet super clean room spacious enough or 4 people. Check in was easy and Linh was just amazing host made our day easy. Also the room is in such convenient location.

Very friendly very helpful. Always fast reply. Helped me with flexible check-in/ checkout time. And even laundry as well! Felt the Vietnamese people’s warmest welcome:) Highly recommend this place, the view by the lake you can see with 1 min walk from the accommodation, it’s amazing in daytime and nighttime.

Very good stay! The area is really really nice, very enjoyable to walk around the lake in the evening, and less air pollution than other places in Hanoi. You have a Winmart and a Circle K very close by. The room is nice, not too small, there is a large desk to work comfortably, everything is clean, air conditioning is very good and internet is fast enough. There is a basic kitchen that you can use if you make your own meals. or you can find restaurants very easily at walking distance. I didn't see the host in person but she always replied quickly to messages, very good communication. Overall the week i spent here was good, everything went super smooth

Với vị trí gần trung tâm, nằm sát bên nhà Thờ lớn, tôi có thể dễ dàng di chuyển đến các điểm trung tâm phố cổ. Nhưng có lẽ tôi thiếu chút may mắn khi vừa đến thì tivi lại bị hỏng, nên trong 1 ngày ở đó tôi không được sử dụng tivi. Nhà sạch sẽ ngăn nắp, nhưng không có ánh sáng mặt trời vì không có cửa sổ và nằm khuất cạnh trường học. Nên phòng sẽ không thông khoáng khí trời mà phải dùng điều hoà nếu ở trong phòng. Tuỳ sở thích và lựa chọn của mỗi người, tuy nhiên đây vẫn là 1 lựa chọn tốt.

Die Unterkunft ist im 40. Stock und man hat einen phantastischem Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Wohnung weit weg vom Old Quarter ist. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber sehr zu empfehlen!

Really nice area to live in. Appartment / block are moderns and well maintained. The view from balcony is breathtaking, especially at night. Just Outside you will find marts, a few ok restaurants/coffee shops / laundry / gyms. Nothing exciting neither. Further you will find your usual VN street vendors and less gentrified areas. Overall good flat, good location.

Good access to everything. This is a great location for business travelers.

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!
